    I didnt even know this existed haha well maybe you guys can help I have been trying to find a CAI for my ute and want to install it this weekend. tried messaging some bloke off ebay who lives close by but no response. anyone know where I can go to get one this weekend?

    I think the run in time is about 2000-3000kms' love the ute. premium package is great with the colour screen. im guessing if you have ordered now you will be getting a mk2 which has the better bigger screen you will love it!

    havnet changed for a K&N filter. Are you talking about a straight swap for the filter in it now or changing the whole system for a pod? I would like to change the whole system to get an even better induction sound but dont know whats a good buy money wise. I did see the one floating around the forums that is about $600 and is a remake of an FPV v8 with an open vent. looks good. would love to catch up with someone who doesnt mind lending me one for like 5 mins to drive around in to see if I like it

    I wouldn't have it sunken unless you are going to have weep holes for water. If your gong to paint the marine ply anyways you can always fill the join and sand it back so it looks as one piece. Or alternate you can always get a gloss vinyl to stick over the whole top. tonnes of ways round it

    just use marine ply or form ply. comes black, is weather proof and would paint well
