    Sydney Drags

From WSID web site: Competitor Gates open - 6.30am Qualifying - 9am - 12.30pm Eliminations - 1pm - 5pm ANDRA racers - $40 (driver and vehicle only) Non ANDRA racers $45 (driver and vehicle only) Crew: $15 (only with entry) Spectators: $20 adults Concession/Students (ID required): $15 Children under 12 FREE Unfortunately entries are closed and they don't allow for engines behind the driver - bummer. Should be good for some laid back racin' the way it used to be.
  3. Great looking car Jeff Can't wait to see and hear it on the next run. Even if that will be all round Tassie. Only 52 days to go...WooHoo
  4. Is this Brad Jones' new crew with his latest driving effort ?

Craig, its all been said above - but once again CONGRATULATIONS
  6. I've got a mate with a N/A XR6 ute that will be coming along. Another mate with a T might meet us at Wiseman's. Goldie - If it's raining in QLD - leave it behind you until after the cruise.
  7. 95 Days - but who's counting.
  8. Got the OK from the missus. Looks like were going crusin to meet this Goldie dude.
  9. What about poor old Vibe? Is it a Phantom that hasn't fully bloomed yet - Under-Ripe. Or is it a Black that hasn't matured yet - Under-Developed
  10. Harvest Green - The most inconspicous colour in the XR range (I don't notice them on the road) - therefore under-cover
  11. Reminds me of the rare steak I had the other day - therefore under-cooked
  12. Would that be under-suspicion ?
  13. Is any one going on the tassie cruise able to help me out with copying photos from a SD memory card onto a CD/RW or DVD/RW? The reason I ask is that we only have a 128Mb card and I reckon we will fill it up pretty quick. Whoo Hoo 113 days to go

  15. Awesome unit - I can't wait to see what numbers it runs. What size slicks are you planning on running ? - are there any mini tubs to accomodate big rubber? Guess you'll be needing a chute as well. > 140mph
  16. Great cruise - thanks MissXR Thanks CRO for the radio - it worked a treat except for trying to explain to the kids some of the expletives being used At home we have a couple of skink type lizards that are about 6 inches long and the 3 year old has a phobia of them. To see the look on his face when he first saw the Goanna - Priceless.
  17. Jeff, If you're going on the run to Tallawa Dam, I can show how it is setup. Peter
  18. I have just finished installing a Teac DV-B400 STB in my car and would like to know what others have found to be the best antenna. Has anyone tried a "boosted diversity antenna" like this one on Ebay? Diversity Antenna

  22. My current toy is this motorcycle engined dragster. Best times are 9.91 secs @ 132 mph. I have raced this thing at Willowbank, Calder, Heathcote, ECR, WSID, Canberra, Nowra, Cowra, Wellington and Gunnedah.
  23. My third Falcon was a XE Fairmont Ghia ESP with 351C, Top-loader gearbox, 16" Simmons wheels.
  24. Here's a pic of my second Falcon. I had the car resprayed, complete velour interior, disc brake 9", 302C with a 4-speed single-rail gbox. I spent more money modifying this car than any of the others.
  25. We have just booked the tickets on the Spirit of Tasmania. A good discount for the apex booking. Come on August
