Hey, I have a 05 xr6T I have attempted to change the spark plugs but 3 coils have decided to come out with only the spring part... How do I now remove the bottom half?

hey, I recently purchased a 2005 xr6 turbo now im new to these cars and I have looked in the engine bay and it seems like things have been adjusted or removed.. could some one help explain what has been done to the BOV and engine breather hose??? any advice???
