I have a 2005 ba tuned with all suporting mods. now when I start the car all is fine then once I select a gear it runs rough as and it has to be turned off and started again. even in doing this sometimes it can take 3 attemtps to get it running right. once restared and running fine the problem doesnt re occur untill I restart the car again. engine light comes on but no codes can be found. I have replaced the throttle body with no success any suggestions? its really starting to annoy me. video

I have a similar issue used to run 15psi now I get max 13-14 I think the actuator has gone soft!

I think the one pointing down is the one that remains with nothing plugged in. I accidentally put the hose on the bottom of the solieiond and it over boosted. Put it on Lethe side and all good, I was just wondering of anything went to the bottom plug as mine looks to have white thread tape around it!

On the solineiod is there meant to be a outlet on the side where nothing plugs into?

I purchased one of those small obdll readers couldn't get it to work. I will just use the xcal and log the lowercase ones and try to get a hold of a xcal2. Ratter thanks for all your input & help.

How can I read the uppercase ones? Apart from a xcal2? How much slower are the lowercase ones?

I download the program where you can extract your stock tune and save to your computer. There's options to update unit and check what model xcal! I then checked for updates and updated farkkkkkkk! When I log the lowercase ones it works so stuff the pita thing I have my intake temps that's all I wanted! I'm going to just grab a pair of aeroforce gauges.

Yes using it on a ba! I plugged the unit into my laptop and checked for Updates there was so I installed it :/ Thought updates are good? Did I possibly f*ck something?

I downloaded the live link software, I followed the instructions from another post that states how to set it up but when I select the parameters to log the ones in capitals don't work! If I select lower case ones they do! Any suggestions as to why? I have removed the program and reinstalled it and also updated my xcal with no success

Will do! Considering the other half is crimped aswell don't no why they wouldn't replace it anyways to save hassles down the track! I think I have stripped that adaptor piece that screws into the turbo! On the hose end not the turbo end. Have to wait untill daylight to check it out fark!

Just a question? Is it only the line from filter to turbo that fails as they only sent me that half! I see the other half is still crimped may this just cause a problem later?
