Silly question but are you certain you have the correct pieces in the correct places?

If we added more then 19psi before temps increased a fair bit, now with 22psi temps climb around 6-7 degrees and back to back 2-5 degrees no loss of power! Both were bar & plate only the process west is about 35% larger so size would help!

I had one, fitted like sh*t! Had to cut about 15cms off in order to get it to fit the cooler and even after this it still had the droopy bar as ralphy said. I removed it and out stock back on! At 450rwkw stock isn't hurting it. I have fitted a plazmaman one to my brothers car- same setup as me!!!! Took 10mins to fit and it fitted like a glove PERFECT! After I fitted my rapid one I wasn't looking forward to fitting he's!!! Boy I was impressed.....

Don't be mislead water lines need adjusting! Not a straight fit like a gtx!!!

For $2700 they can keep the 6466!

Was stock motor tom, I assume it could have made more with more boost! 495rwkw stock motor Was looking at precision but the oil cooled only part worries me.

I have the stage 8 fasteners, in two years I've never had to tighten the turbo

Just slide the actuator arm over the swing arm on the housing without any load.

More pre load will make higher boost. Re tune.

I had the old plaz bar & plate. Worked good back to back. Couldn't crack any more rwkw! Went to process west 3, yes I admit I don't like the looks of it as the end tanks are very small! But it's working better for me, better power and cooler IT's run after run. If going for looks plaz is the one! If wanting better flow process west is the way IMO The two are splitting hairs really. Sorry re read it aswell, I compared it with a process west 3 cooler!!!!!!! If looking at a pw2 cooler I would go the plaz cooler instead unless going a pw3

Spoke to a guy aw wsid said he's gap was .40 tuner told him that gap for 15psi :/ I run .75 with perfect idle 22psi no spark blowout.

Did you use a ruler to rule those boost and afr lines Sct911 you have the answers to the questions your asking. Just remember zf zf zf zf! No good going for gold on fuel system then pop goes mr zf.

Genuine coils are the way to go. Might work now but may end up costing double in the short term.

I have a pw surge tank with twin 044's on a 30 degree day after a little driving my fuel temp climbs to 55 degrees. I'm no experienced tuner or mechanic so wouldn't no if that's good or bad. How much does fuel temp really affect it?
