Not sure. Yes, no, maybe really not sure. Not keen on losing water feed, just worrys me with longevity, With the torque I have now I can't see any real gains! It would have to be a very very good deal if I was to change turbos.
Stock ba rear end with about 500rwkw to the wheels, 190,000 klms on the diff skids every day! About 100-200 1/4 passes and the lsd is still tighter then a virgin. I got quoted $1500 for true trac and all new diff bushes fitted if I supply the bushes!!! That was with speedy diffs Sydney. A bloody good price. But lsd is holding up beautiful I even manage 1.4 60ft's and she's still great.
Depends where you go. Go where I go and it will pass. Go where most others go and it will fail. Intercooler Fuel system Is the main things that you get failed for! Exhaust wise it ain't tested but if loud you won't pass.
Small update, After my last outing and pb of 10.2 @130mph I'm now chasing 9's..... I've decided to dial in some more boost and adjust the suspension to suit a bit better. Have fitted a tach adaptor so hopefully I can control boost at what ever rpm I like, problem I was having was when I would leave the line at 6psi it was fine but as soon as I hit the 20psi gate pressure it would spin until I was out of the 60ft!! So I'll try dialing in say 10-14psi until a certain rpm making sure I'm past the first 60ft then load boost in progressively. 29th is the next race day for me so once again a 6 hour drive each way and hopefully the weather holds off
