  1. Can anyone help me out I'm looking for the size of the fg xr6 turbos tail shaft centre bearing size? Is it the 30mm or the 35? Any help would be greatly appreciated
  2. Ok so im looking for a bit of help does anyone know of anyone good in adelaide to install my valve springs for me? And isnt going to rip me off? So far I have been given a price from 1200 to 800 just to install I aleady have the springs! Any help would be much apreciated

I bought a flip key for my ba of ebay I had the key cut all good programmed the remote part all good but when it comes to coding the key im having problems iv done everything that it says in my ford handbook yet the key cant remember the code? it remembers it for about 5 minutes then forgets? anyone had this happen or have any help to throw my way? thanks
  5. ok so I was being over dramatic about the price but still they wanted 250 to do the plugs and 1200 to do the valve springs
  6. you would think that getting it diagnosed by the tuner would be the go "when you can afford" for them to tell you what its not! I could do plugs and springs myself and still come out cheaper than how much they wanted just to do the plugs

  8. I might just bye new plugs anyway with less gap its not to expensive to do and see how that goes! other wise ill do the springs, any suggestions as to what springs to use?
  9. nah plugs havent been touched that I know of what gap should they have and what is the stock gap?, what the car is doing is hitting boost then struggling to really go?
  10. ok so got my ba xr6 t back after having it retuned by kpm to fix a boost problem, it made 288 at the wheels but now its having a problem with what they said either spark break down or maybe valve springs! what does everyone think? could it be that the plugs need to be gapped/replaced "were replaced 15,000 ago" or maybe the coils? or valves? car has a bigger front mount and new pipe work bigger injector and a growler induction kit bigger waste gate actuator and a tune running 13 psi
  11. so I hade my ba xr6t tuned after doing a few things to it intercooler injectors etc and was told by the tuner that I hade a problem with the turbo or waste gate so I pulled it all off and turbo looked smick as so I replaced the actuator with an after market on with a 12 psi sprint and now its still got the same problem but then over-boosts! would this be because it still is running off the old tune and doesnt recognise the new actuator so there for would have to be re tunes? can anyone help me out what this might be?
  12. well for now was only thinking over time getting the intercooler, injectores exhaust and tune and that's all I really want to do where power is concerned
