Following on from whats pissing me off.. I'm actually quite chuffed how my first 100% vegan tree hugging hippy-tastic, gluten free, dairy free, nut free cake turned out.. Now I call it my first because the first three attempts tasted great but barely resembled 'cakes'.. They were much more like pudding.. Or 'cake bog' as we'd call it in the industry..

Usually I love the challenge of making cakes for people with dietary restrictions.. Currently in my office: Gluten Free - Easy Dairy Free - Done Nut Free - piece of piss Vegan.. Get f*cked.. Seriously.. How the f*ck do you make a cake without eggs..

Did some maths on gems fellas.. $140 buys 140000 gems.. To fill my gold (8mil) it costs 2500 gems.. Since it costs almost a full bank of gold to upgrade 1 item at my level (generally around 6-7million) that means that $140 would score me 5 item upgrades and a few walls at 0.5mil each.. Benefit cost ratio isn't really there..

What are they doing? Do they have to meet critical targets/timeframes? Do you currently need a go-getter or a team member? ie: someone who fits in even though less productive can be more valuable than someone who calls it like they see it
