Stripes mate.. I do sympathise.. Been there.. As far as health motivation goes.. I'm exactly the same.. No matter what happened I just didn't get phased about my health.. Even had my own small cancer scare and had to get part of my bowel cut out.. It didn't really mean jack sh*t to me until I lost my old man to cancer.. I'm not the most slack person in the world.. But I'm not the fittest.. Also you sound like a bit of a techno-gadget person.. Grab yourself a fitbit or something.. That way you can at least track yourself which helps with motivation.. The biggest change for me losing weight was diet though.. Started to struggle with mental sh*t (depression etc) and the psych was the one who told me "sh*t food - sh*t head, Good Food - Good Head".. Been feeling a whole lot better.. but haven't gotten any good head yet.. Oddly enough my biggest diet change was restricting the amount of iced coffee I have.. (Down from two per day to about 3 per week).. And walking more.. Still eat out alot for lunch but force myself to walk to get lunch instead of driving.. and choosing subway over fish and chips.. Takes willpower to start.. But once you've started being a bit healthier you'll find your bodies reaction to sh*t lifestyle/food will be enough to keep you on the better stuff..

Finally got the lawn under control after all the christmas rain.. Took 3 passes with the mower to get it tidy.. Oh and it's also good jet and fluff are safe.. Along with Hudo, lilly, Bogan (Jets car) and Ricepaper (fluffs car)..

This evening on a late trip to the video store.. Parked in the car park.. Wandered in and hired out a movie which turned out to be sh*t.. Moving on.. When leaving the video store I noticed a rather nice old school VW parked about 3 parks away from me.. Lady driver looked quite flustered.. She walked over and asked if I knew anything about cars because she couldn't figure out why it wouldn't start.. I said I could take a look but I'm no genius.. (Keep expectations low.. Then the disappointment isn't too bad).. Anyway before I could finish talking a young bloke jumps out of his very high hilux and says he knows all about cars he'll have a look... Worth noting lady is actually probably all of 23-24.. And had decent legs.. So yeah if I was him I would be showing off also.. However being older and obviously smarter.. The way the girl was talking indicated to me that she obviously knew her way around cars.. And possibly knew her own car better than joe blow in civic video car park.. So I graciously stepped back and let the young bloke shine.. He swaggered up to the beetle.. Walked right to the front and asked her to Open the hood.. Kudos to this chick.. She kept a completely straight face and opened the bonnet or well the boot in this case.. His face was priceless I couldn't help but to laugh out loud.. Then she laughed.. And he left.. Anyway.. No idea what was wrong with her car.. But it push started just fine and she drove off..

Yes.. But not enough to warrant changing the tune... Since I don't drive it full hektik around town.. Swap rear mufflers to straight throughs and I get the missing power back.. Could be in my head but it seems more responsive with the smaller exhaust..

Stripes.. My cam isn't lumpy lumpy.. Well it's pretty lumpy.. But someone here keeps going on about SMB4LYF and tapered exhaust pipe etc etc.. So taking a leaf out of that book I got a customised exhaust made for mine that tapers it down from twin 3" to twin 2.5" and has additional hotdogs, and easily switchable rear mufflers if I want it to sing loud again.. So it's all freaking engine noise baby!

I reckon she did it deliberately like that.. Because we would have said no to looking after it if she asked first.. Instead make it so its on our conscience if we don't look after the dog.. He's a lovely dog.. Deserves to be treated better.. But God damn.. I agree with stripes and ralph!

I think people need to accept that they both make alright cars.. But there is a reason most people in my family drive volvo/mercedes/BMW.. Edit: Anyway what's pissing me off.. Stupid friend of the wife left town on a holiday.. Rang up and said 'oh I forgot to organise someone to feed my dog'.. So we fed it.. They didn't have enough of its special God damn diet food.. Went and bought more.. Dog got out.. Had to bring it over to our place as patching someone else's fence didn't seem like a good idea.. Supposed to pick it up today.. Rings up and asks us to keep it for the weekend as she is exhausted from her two week holiday and doesn't feel like looking after her dog.. Meanwhile I've got a gigantic dog leaving gigantic sh*ts all over my yard! I'm an animal person.. I wish I didn't own any though because they are a pain in the arse at times.. But seriously some people seem to think dogs are accessories and don't understand that they can't just expect other people to pick up the slack.. Everytime I leave town I'm up for $100 minimum in kennel fees for the dog.. But that's what I have to do because the wife wanted a dog..

As a Expensive Daewoo driver I think people need to make their own minds up about cars.. But deadset if you want a quick car with minimal mods and low chances of pissing off the cozzas.. XR6T seems to way to go.. Seems with Expensive Daewoo to get a quick car it's gotta be freaking loud and obnoxious..

Meeting with a client (technically in a work shut down).. he screwed up.. Myself and 9 others are working the most part of the christmas break to make up for lost time on his job as he is fighting a very tight deadline. He got offended at the fact that I turned up to our meeting barefoot.. So I went back to my desk and put on some pluggers.. Boardshorts, singlet and pluggers.. the limit of what I will wear to work when I don't really have to be working..

So.. If I hate movies with Seth Rogen in them most of the time.. I'm really not going to like this one?
