Alright so.. Anyway.. Usually I'm the first person to jump in tell people to get over themselves.. If you're doing something wrong on the road you deserve to get booked.. Obviously we have a serious problem with speeding as speed cameras make a killing.. Moving on.. Mowing the lawn... Notice work car is on the front lawn.. Had keys in pocket.. Jumped in it, fired it up and moved it in front of my neighbours house.. Cop pulls up.. Asks to see my license.. Politely explain that I just moved the car and didn't even think about my license which is in my wallet inside.. Received lecture about operating a vehicle with out a license.. Told me he wouldn't book me this time, but then he didn't even want to see my license when I offered to go get it from in the house.. Then he asked who owned the car.. So I explained it was a company vehicle and gave the company name.. He came back and said that isn't who it's registered to.. And then gave me 5 minutes to get my story straight.. At this point I got a bit flustered and explained to him quite nicely that I have 2 cars in the driveway and one tucked in the back shed.. I'm not going to steal a bloody triton.. Anyway he wasn't satisfied.. Call my boss, he explained that all vehicles are still registered in the old company name and leased to the new company.. Explain this to mr police man.. He was satisfied and drove off.. All in all wasting nearly 30 minutes of my day and his day.. Just proves.. There are always a few who can ruin it for the rest..

Lol.. Just spoke to my sister.. She's had her fitbit replaced twice becAuse it gets small cracks in it and lets water in.. But apparently it's gotta be within 12 months of purchase..

Yeah I've never showered with the fitbit.. But I've gotten drenched on site a couple times in the rain and I've always bathed the little guy with it on..

It used to do okay.. But I always thought the thing was meant to be waterproof.. I'm starting to doubt that..

Reasons I think my fitbit is screwed.. Did a 14k walk with the little guy today.. Only made the 10k steps mark just now.. Did carry him bulk of the distance.. It doesn't seem like it was registering steps while I was carrying him..

That review starts stupidly.. For the first time in years ford has a genuine rival to Holdens go fast commodore..

Not much mate.. Same deal.. Not supposed to be working but trying to get something finished by Tuesday.. Work used to be challenging.. Now the only challenge is the time frames which are ridiculous.. But at least I don't have to fly away for work and I can work from home on weekends..

Complicated.. Not really.. But potentially time consuming. Depends on your current configuration and what street you want access from.. Nuffin suss... But PM me if you want.. I do this sh*t daily on a larger scale.. But I could also check street view and possibly your local councils planning scheme to see if you'd have a problem getting access to the front.

I always got told.. You can always put on more clothes. But you can only take off so many before someone gets upset..

Lol.. no just work.. Been neglecting a couple jobs focussing on trying to go above and beyond for a client we want to get more work from.. Now I need to get the neglected jobs finished fast.. Though speaking of gym.. Hooked up my 'You've Got a Dooor? You've got a gym!!!' last night with a punching bag.. Did a bit of a kickbox workout while my legs and arms were hooked to resistance bands behind me.. I have a feeling the pain tomorrow is going to be unbearable..

Actually I tend to think that given my job im fairly switched on with road rules.. I understand that signs and lines interact etc.. Randomly I got caught in a conversation about road rules a few days ago that is worth repeating.. Roundabouts.. Requirements to indicate.. Surprisingly no one in the conversation group understood that you had to indicate left to exit a roundabout even if you were going straight through and not required to indicate in approach.. Another surprising one was zip merges.. Zip merges are where two lanes become one in a low speed environment and the centre Linemarking is removed.. In this situation the car in front has right of way.. At other merge situations where a car has to merge right over a dividing line that car is required to give way to anything on the other side of the line. Everyone argues the 'courtesy' rules that apply in those situations.. I completely agree but courtesy isnt a defence for failing to give way when the cops show up..
