ouch.. Ralph.. In your situation I also imagine pointing the finger at someone else and saying 'HE DID IT' probably ain't gonna work out either?.. yeah with the whole used to be a small company we all did our own thing.. Now we are trying to get bigger and act bigger we are undergoing project auditing/quality audits etc etc.. Interestingly enough I think a few people have jumped ship solely because their records and own processes are so crap!!!
