Remove rear wheels Back off cable from underneth the car until the handbrake levers sit on the backing plate Remove rubber grommet in disc Turn starwheel through the hole anti clockwise turning disc with a screwdriver occasionally until very light contact is made between the shoes and disc, you will hear it rub when you turn it. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. You only want a small amount of contact. The levers should only be able to come off the backing plates 5-8mm. Next tighten the cable until there is no slack between the cable ends and handbrake levers. Refit wheels. Should hold at 5 clicks and come up a maximum of 7 clicks

Actually to correctly fill a zf the fluid temp must not go above 38 degrees However im sure that spec was given for the lifeguard fluid so not sure what the go is with aftermarket fluids

If o2s heater circuit is a hard fault (code wont clear) check all fuses and test o2s heater (two black? Wires on upstream o2sensor) for open circuit, may be stuffed upstream sensor. Ensure no vacuum leaks and manifolds are tight.

Mine is earthed straight to the boot floor with a bolt and nut, engine bay earth is zip tied to main fusebox wiring harness
