bottom heater pipe on my t BA 2002 blew 2 days ago no drama went to ford got new one for 24 bucks. Drama when installing pipe broke t pipe connector that attaches to one end other end goes to fire wall bottom pipe. Ok went back to ford was told cannot by this small piece of plastic pipe seperate, have to buy unit consisting of the whole bundle of pipes 195 bucks pissed of to the max. Have ordered and will buy as my mechanic reckons will be hard to source from wrecker. Did not have time to worry about looking around as t is only source of transport, however if any one has had similar prob it would be handy to let all know any ways around this ridiciolus state of affairs.

Brought a 2002 ba xrt and decided to find out a bit about it googled and got this site. Man it has been so helpful, my mechanic now respects me, cheers.

recently purchased ba xr6t 2002 owners manual recomend 95 ron or higher fuel have not dared to try 91 as some one has suggested in this thread will this damage the motor?

Hi my first turbo for a while oldy but goody 2002 ba I owned v8 brocks and Vl turbos but never a ford T before loving it . Had it 3 months and completly rebuilt motor at 155k thank god for insurance $9500 got a gut full of water and compression locked oops, Happy new motor no mods yet and probably not except for handling. Wifey shoots me every time I spend money on cars. SO HELLO EVERYONE.
