Mate I feel you pain, I had an atomic spring fail about 2 months ago and dropped the valve and then broke the head of the valve off and it bounced around in the bore for a bit and jammed the head of the valve perpindicular in the head, imo I don't think ford will help but as the lads have said the worst they can say is no. The next question u need to ask yourself is how deep are you pockets and are/were you looking to do performance mods on the car and how far you were looking at going, and that will indicate wether to look for a a used long motor or look at rebuilding what you've got

U can buy the fittings from furious performance on eBay. Although there $90 a pair

You'll find u probably need a retune as the fg head will flow better then the ba/f one and the cams are also a touch different, as I'm pretty sure fg cams are duo phased. your tuner should be able to copy the cam timing tables from an fg to urs which should help/fix

Depends on how they say your unfit... Also depends on what you do I guess too. But generally it just means that u don't meet there medical requirements.

Well it wasn't today but Friday got a retune and made 498kw.. pretty stoked about it too... Makes it fun to drive with the converter in the zf...
