  1. love it good on ya mate tuff street car for sure. will you be at powerplay qld by any chance.
  2. Wow you guys are funny. Being a V8 person it was hard to make the change, but iam glad I never gave up. I came on this site to ask a few questions because I had been hearing some whispers about the 4.0 liter & its potential .read for yourself how I was treated.there's a link below to my topic. So I didn't bother asking any more question. So I started asking around the traps for someone who new a little about turbo's. To cut a long story short engine is built we dynod it, made just over 1400 rwhp.that's in the car 2 speed glide 9 inch. So I was going through some car forums & thought I would post up on this forum what had happened in the last 6 months no big deal. I didn't think it would cause this much of a fuss being quite a large forum I would of thought some one on here would know the numbers that are being made. Obviously you guys don't know & 1400 rwhp is not that hard to achieve. like I said watch the drag racing scene, wait to you see there numbers. bye http://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/76094-how-to-achieve-over-1000-rwhp/
  3. I came to this forum to ask some questions. Iam old school v8 didn't have much knowledge in the turbo department iam glad I changed my thoughts on turbos.
  4. I have lots of photos & vids of the whole build. like I said, it still not finished. car will be at pro street shoot out.until then I cant reveal zip sorry.
  5. car is 4 drag only. come out to the pro street shoot out April the 7th Willowbank. someone asked why not ford iam Expensive Daewoo person.
  6. sure can. lol I thought you meant 1400rwkw.
  7. RWHP no not painted yet. :violin: there coming no, but he his my sister in law next door neighbor. :hiwelcome: why I asked, I was originally going to go a 2 jz with standard bottom end. with the 2jz you can get away with a non turbo block.
  8. Well im back. Car made just over 1400 rwhp wont be giving to much away. standard crank, some rods, pistons, cam & a little bit of head work & a GT47R through 2 sped glide & its not in a Ford.
  9. How to achieve over 1000 rwhp using the ford 4.0 liter. Got a few questions guys. Q.1.Are the turbo blocks different to the non turbo blocks? Q.2.Crank Rods Pistons what can they handle standard? Q.3.Can after market crank rods & pistons be purchased from the u.s? Got a few more questions for later. If you want to add to this go for it.
