hi guys where is the best place to get a tailshaft centre bearing for an 04 xr6 turbo? I've seen them on eBay for $65 which comes with 12 months warranty. is there a nolathane style??

hey guys Ive done away with all my heat shields and wanting to get a turbo beanie , I've seen a few on ebay for $80 just wondering if anyone had ever used one off ebay or whether there are good ones around that I should get

4 valve springs down and only 20 to go :( *beep* of a job haha

I don't have a cam lock tool so I'll have to do it without

ha ha I was pretty sure I had to but wasn't 100% sure whats the easiest way to get keep some sort of tension on the chain o it doesn't skip over at all

So I've got the timing chain tensioner with no tension and the cradles off the cams now how do I get the cams out? It's all marked do I just take the gears off the cams?

Yeh thanks for that it's extremely helpful although now I'm more concerned about the tensioner ha ha but I do also hope that the hire of the tool also comes with the air line to spark plug. I'll find out in a couple of days when my valve springs and the tool shows up

I have replaced plenty of valve springs but never in a falcon , my main concern is having a valve drop down ontop of my piston :(

Has anyone got access to a valve replacement guide for ba falcons? my valve springs are on there way and I just wanna make sure I actually do everything correctly

atomic hire them out for $66 to people who buy there valve springs

does anyone have a valve replacing tool they hire out??? I'm getting either a set of atomic or plazmaman valve springs and need the tool to replace them

ok so I have a xforce dump and cat and it goes all the way to the flange at the centre muffler. wondering whether or not I should just do away with the centre muffler and and go strait pipe all the way through to the rear as rear muffler has already been roomed by previous owner or just get a flange made up to go from the 3.5 inch to the twin standard exhaust
