F6 Gill

A mate of mine for me the plastic pan and filter from bursons for $150. Had to come from rocket industries in NSW I believe. I was told the same thing, ford don't have any at the moment. Well that was two weeks ago. I'd go to bursons mate, they had more than one option. When I dropped the box out I noticed it was leaking from the pan seal and the torx screws were all really loose so should tighten them all up as a precaution if you haven't done anything about it yet.

I just dropped my box out past month to fit a strengthened flex plate so did a service also. I filled her up with transmax Z. Seems to be doing the trick pretty well. Tuner told me sometimes they use transmaxZ and other times the ford approved stuff. Just depended on what the customer wanted. I'm guessing If they were worried about warranty or something. I got 4litres of transmaxZ for $120.

I'm having a middle section with flanges made up on Monday to replace muffler for $120. Edit: through small and locally owned exhaust shop after Ace basically said they couldn't be f*cked with a small job and they only do full systems there, not alterations. Been there twice now and got attitude from them both times!

You'd hope so or it'd be a waste of time and money. I am looking at getting a timer and remote start for my F6. Sick of getting in it on those cold mornings! Heated seats would have been nice too ford... I was always under the impression that a car shouldn't be switched off until the turbo manifold is no longer glowing red which on mine can sometimes take a few minutes. I usually won't hit boost for the last few kms or will wait a minute or two but I'd rather not. Stating "you don't need a turbo timer" then in the same post saying "you just have to wait in your car until it cools down"...? Riiiiiight...

I have a BF F6. When I turn the key the the starter button illuminates fully and I press it and the car starts. Every now and then when I am driving it will come on at half brightness and really give me be sh*ts. Will stay on regardless of tapping dash or driving habits. Has anyone had this issue before or know where the fault may be?

So which ones were the later (Rspec) ones? The blue or the red?
