  1. Try a search in the audio visual section as there are plenty of options. I tried an 8" driver from Jaycar and it worked fine.
  2. Is anyone actually going to run at Calder this Saturday? I was thinking about it but that $130 price tag is steering me away.
  3. Mum's got the latest focus with the 6spd auto and it is a funny feeling box at 1st. I think it drives fine but it takes a bit to get used to. Quite a sluggish car too but I'm sure the Mondeo would be a bit better.
  4. I bought the Monroe Sport lowered shocks earlier this year with ssl kings front and sssl rears and in the last week my front right shock has let go. If you like any sort of handling around corners I'd got the Biltein's as I thought the Monroe's were crap. If you're not going too low and are just after a replacement shock then the Monroe's will be fine. Monroe's are around $200 for the front pair where as Biltein's are around $500-$600 for a pair.
  5. Well the EL stockies look pretty average on your ute Henz but they look pretty good wrapped in MT's. A mate has some EL Futura rims with ET's on them he said I could borrow so next time calder is on I might aim for an 11.
  6. Seems like you haven't had any luck this year. Have you gotten any closer to working out what the cause is. Weird that it happened twice. What did you change between the two builds?
  7. Went to Centreline Suspension last night to sort out my front tyres scrubbing. Booked her in for a wheel alignment and camber adjustment Saturday morning.
  8. I always wanted to see what a set of EL stockies would look like on my car as they have 0 offset.
  9. Scratches caaaars
  10. I have my car up for sale now as it's not the most practical daily and I want something more economical. I love my car and if it had a 6spd I'd keep it but the 4spd chews too much juice. Plus the car is starting to rack up the kms and the repairs are chewing up funds.
  11. Well I was just planning on making my own shimms and putting them between the upper control arm mount and the body. Assuming that's where they go. Maybe I should just leave it to the professionals.
  12. Also would it do any harm if I put in a shim or two myself before I went over there to save myself some labor costs? I've got around 5mm of thread left on each stud.
  13. Cheers P@. Booked in for Monday. Thanks for the heads up CHILLR. He's wheel alignment price was quite high compared to most places but I'm only after a couple of bushes and maybe a camber kit so I'm happy to pay a couple of bucks for that.
  14. What about somewhere in Melbourne. Preferably western suburbs. I just bout a new set of tyres but I want to fix the issue of my front inner's scrubbing 1st. I'm guessing I need a camber kit to address this?
  15. Bought a new set of Federal's. $520 delivered
  16. Henz is right but there must be another reason why your car feels lagy. FG's don't really have much lag at all.
  17. Don't worry about the dump. It's not needed.
  18. Nah I was taking the piss. Feel free to remove the comment.
  19. rbjet's are gay
  20. Jesus! That's hiking it. What times did you end up running over the night?
  21. 18psi is a lot of boost for that setup. Should be more like 12psi.
  22. Try dislocating your shoulder 3 times. I've been on the surgery waiting list for over a year now. Makes it hard to do a lot of heavier stuff. On another note. Had my 1st personal training session yesterday. Almost threw up farken.
  23. ^That's what happened to me. Chinese injectors will do that to ya.
