  1. Restorer. He didn't build the car but he's building he's own 69 fastback atm. Boss 429 stroked to 500 and something cubic inch. T56 Magnum, 4 link rear end with 9". Full cage and tubs in the rear. Will be engineered and street registered.
  2. My boss has too much cash and decided to get a GT 500 built for himself. My old man picked all the hardware and running gear to go in it. Here's some pics of the finished product.
  3. That's the 1st thing that came to my mind too. What diff ratio? Might be a good idea to get the tune looked at again too.
  4. Now to run it down the quarter to see how it really go's. Your gonna need some decent rubber to get that thing down the line.
  5. Wait till you get a bit of power boys. Then the skids really get fun. 30 seconds of frying tyres= On the belts.
  6. If you have a generic flash tune and injectors your car will run like crap. Is it a custom tune? If not get one asap and check all your piping for leaks.
  7. Woops missed the manual bit.
  8. Try and stall it up a bit too. Leave the line at around 1800rpm if you can and see how you go for traction. If you don't get any wheel spin then go higher again.
  9. I guess your one of the lucky ones then. Wish I was.
  10. Seems a bit funny. Should be able to do 3rd pretty easy in a FG I'd reckon.
  11. Give us a look Henz!
  12. Turn traction control off and drop the pressure to 20psi then see how you go.
  13. Don't mean to be rude Nathen but if you use all the 300kw you have how it should be used the auto will not last. If you only drive the car on the street to work and back and have a tranny cooler you might be right but if you plan to race the car at all and your boost is tuned to come on hard then the transmission won't like it too much.
  14. Why not? What gear were you in?
  15. Mines auto and I think it sounds sh*t with straight pipes. Manual would be fine but I think I might chuck some hotdogs in eventually.

  17. That's the one you want mate. I run the 4" bodied version and it did the job for me.
  18. Never been in a 33 GT-R but my 32, even when it was stock, shat allover my mates modified STI. He's handled better but it's 10 years newer and has an awesome suspension settup.
  19. I got done doing a similar speed on the way to work one day and I only lost my license for a year. I think jail time is a bit harsh.
  20. I helped a mate install one in his VS ute. I wouldn't recommend it for a street car. As Senna said, there is a lot of hacking of your interior and cos we hooked ours into the rear brake line it changed the brake bias. Not too sure how it supposed to be done but this was just a drift car anyway.
  21. Oh I get ya. A few people have done it if you search through the threads. Not too sure if a full size battery will fit on that side though.
  22. Not a Falcon but some ideas none the less. http://www.skylife4ever.com/2011/01/battery-relocation.html

Sounds like your pretty pleased with the power Jozekin. Chuck a cooler on it and you'll have that power all the time
