If you only plan to do the mods you listed you'll be lucky to make 270rwkw and if you don't upgrade your cooler it will be an inconsistent 270rwkw. For the power you are wanting, a high flow cat is a must. Most exhaust shops will weld one in for between $300-$400. Buy a venom cat off eBay and get it welded in if you want to save a bit of coin. As knoles said, your cooler piping will be fine but a second Process West or Plazmaman cooler would be the best choice. I made 300rwkw on a stock fuel pump so I guess with your mods and 280rwkw your pump should be fine. Bosch 968's or Deka 60's would be your injector of choice.

Dose pipe.

Injectors and a high flow cat are a must. Fuel pump, actuator and valve springs you won't know whether you need them till the car goes on the dyno but it's a good idea to just chuck them on so you only need to tune once.

That's a good starting point for 300rwkw in an f6. Not sure if upgraded cooler piping is needed at this stage.

Your exhaust will sound a lot better once your car is tuned with a high flow cat. 290 sounds about right for those mods. Just have a quick search and you'll soon find out.

You'll definitely get a better not out of it with a higher flowing dump and cat but it won't be too much different to what yo have now. I was at Dynomite last night and Dion got a call from the head of united about the price dropping to $1.05 as per BFXR6TURBOMAN'S post. Apparently it's meant to stay like that more a while.

Ask them if keeping the standard dump pipe and just upgrading the cat will help? Other wise you'll have to port the turbo.

Sometimes I wish it was that easy Fluff but she lives with me and works in Melbourne. Her parents live in the sticks so if I boot her out she'll lose her job. Most of my mates are already coming with me to Thailand and the ones that aren't are busy or can't afford it. Even if she wasn't there I wouldn't get any action. Bit of a hopeless cvnt with the ladies lol.

I thank god my day was less boring than yesterday. Yesterday: cracked phone screen, f*cked torque converter and drive plate, dog learnt how to climb on the dining table and shat on it while he was up there, missus cracked the shifts and left me on Facebook lol. Today: Got torque converter and drive plate fixed free of charge including the next service free, locked the dog outside for the day, told the missus she was an idiot and now everything is fine. Happy Days!

Every bit counts. I get a bit sick of paying $100 to drive 400km... I still won't trade any of my fuel guzzlers for an excel though haha.

I'd drive one. Heaps better through the twisties than a Falcon but no where near as quick in a straight line.

Nah mine sit the same but my car isn't low enough, not enough camber and the profile on the tyre is too low. Mine are 245/35/18 or something like that.

I thought the same as my car is lag city. My old EF turbo was on full boost by about 2000rpm lol. As my boost comes on all at once there is no traction and I'm guessing if it came on earlier and more progressive it would be a bit nicer to drive.

I've also thought about trying the FG turbo too. Wouldn't be the same as driving an FG though...

I lost my license for a year for getting caught at 140 in an 80 zone. Haven't had one fine or defect since yet I still get pulled of for "random breath tests" constantly. Or I have cops follow or chase me.
