  1. I'll be in if I still have my car but I'm guessing this will fill up before I can make the decision.
  2. Haha well in that case you're probably best to get them replaced as it does make a big difference in the way the car rides and feels.
  3. Depends on how long you want to keep the car and what you want to do with it. I think that's the rough price to replace all bushes as it's fairly labour intensive. They'd want to be something decent like Super Pro for the price though.
  4. Depends on how many bushes you're replacing but a couple of grand seems a bit excessive.
  5. If I had the money I'd go the GT. It may not be as fast as a Turbo'd Falcon but with a tune and that exhaust noise who cars.
  6. I can only afford 3rd party fire and theft. Most people won't insure me and for the ones that would, the cheapest quote I could get was $3000+ with $3000 excess... No monthly meet for me tonight. CBF driving that far so going out for dinner and skids (in my driveway) locally.
  7. Also lost mine for one month on the spot in the same car. And another 2 separate 3 months for points loss. No wonder no one will insure me... PS: Shy, I've spent 12 more minutes on the forum than you lol.
  8. What a trying a Kicker L7 or solobaric for a sub. Your could have a single 10", it'd be punchy and you could still throw 1000Wrms at it.
  9. I lost my license for a year on the spot in an EL GLi...

Pookey hit the nail in the head. For an xcal 3 and tune your looking at roughly $1500 depending where you go. Id you plan to upgrade your turbo and go for more power in the future I suggest you get some larger injectors like deka's or id1000s. If you plan to keep your standard turbo and around 300kw then go for some second hand FG F6 injectors or bosch 968's. Should be able to pick up a set of either for around $300.
  11. Air to air is something I've always thought about with these cars and wondered why no one has tried one yet. Early days I guess.
  12. Same here. Might look at slammed on some nice wheels though. But then again anything can look nice on it's nuts.
  13. I reckon the cooling benefits alone would be worth it for a car that spends time on the track. Every bit counts.
  14. It's not that simple in a Falcon I'm afraid. If you want to be able to run different boost settings you need 2 separate tunes in your Xcal.
  15. I was thinking along the same lines as AzidRush. Just get a plain old PWR one from repco to fit between your cooler and radiator.
  16. What model? If it only has 540kms it should be under warranty still.
  17. When I did my center diff bush I went with the solid super pro item and I do get a fair bit more drive line noise now but nothing the stereo can't fix.
  18. Shouldn't need the flapper mode but you might need a better actuator.

Yep, around 250rwkw, less traction and better economy. Injectors are your 1st restriction, so if you can afford them chuck them in too.
