  4. Hey guys, Is there any step by step or how to available for the xcal 3? At this point in time I am particularly interested in finding what my hi and low fan speed cut in is (mainly) and also being able to monitor coolant temps and IAT. thanks fellas
  5. Just out of curiosity how are you seeing your iat on your computer? are you using the xcal3 somehow?
  6. My cold side piping isn't so cold either when I've been idling for similar time. I dont think that is a problem seems logical for it to heat up when there is no air movement over the cooler for over 10mins being fed from a hot turbo + half the cold side piping is in a fairly warm/hot engine bay

  8. Not sure if your in syd. but I have a Monza and a 3" in out, 5" body 100 cell cat. I wouldnt mind knocking off for a little dosh. Cat is welding in the BF standard dump pipe so it would be a bolt on for ya. PM me if your interseted.

  10. No worries thanx daztbo look forward to seein some pics. I've made up a custom 3"that goes under the battery and drilled a hole in front of the battery elbow down to the pod in. front of the wheel arch. Sounds good but id imagine it would b heaps betta in just alloy pipe
  11. nice daztbo. How much did it set you back to make it? Dont spose you would have any pic's? Thinking of going down the same path with the 4" intake.

  15. I have the exact same mods minus built motor, surge tank, but I have the throttle body relocation and made 355rwkw on 17psi same tuner. Mine bags up 2nd easily and 3rd if the road isnt smooth but it's a manual. Ali is def. good at what he does be interesting to see why the boost is up like that. Have u got a boost gauge?

  19. I would have at least a small teaspoon of oil in each runner in the inlet manifold aswell. It has always been there since I got the car and I had never figured out how it got there until now. After some changes to the intake piping I had to put a small engine breather filter on the front rocker cover breather which would be in front of the cross over. There is no sign of oil whatsoever on this little filter and watching it on the dyno I couldnt see any smoke come out either . I will be doing the back pcv valve with the extra 1 way valve to stop the boost coming into the catch can like JC807. Thanx for the gr8 wright up guys.
