  2. Def. needs a tune bud inc. inj., zorst, intake and fuel setup... that should make it run better.

  5. OT but fuel consumption seems pretty consistant for me... 290km with 55L This is with a heavy right foot 70% of the time.

  9. If the motor wasnt running properly I'd drop the car off as is to my mech./tuner, as I trust them anyway. If someone was just doing a service I.e changing oil'n'filter, checking coolant, windscreen wiper fluid, etc and even getting your tyres changed then the farkers would get my no fun tune.... why would they need your big tune anyway?? meh

  13. I ment to ask before... Do you happen to know what offsets you are running on the rears to fit the 10.5's? Did you have to pump the guards or just roll them on the rear?? Thanx
  14. its up to you... I think the stock injectors max out around 255-275rwkw but in saying that so will your valve springs and clutch maybe even your actuator depends really. The injectors could wait IMO if you cant afford the rest of the bits and pieces to use the bigger injectors as intended.

  17. TBH, I was looking at buying an opt. 5 clutch next up.. surely the clutch slave failed or the line came loose and sprayed sh*t everywhere and killed it or something.. in saying that though there would have been sfa peddle, I would have thought.
  18. I would have though so too shyfrd. The opt. 5 clutch cert. looks the buisness anywayz. But jeez that's cheap for the clutch setup!.. How does the car drive with the button clutch? Obviously its suited for the power level too.. yeah?

Nice choice in rim size on the rears, I hope to go tens in the future aswell.. atm Im happy to have it wheel spin in 3rd and 4th as if I go wider tyres I fear the clutch will become an issue or the extra load on the motor will cause it to fail somehow.. What did the new clutch set you back for the unit itself?
  20. That stock clutch will cook real quick with a few stabs in 4th if your running +/- 300rwkw.. I give it probly 3 or 4 hits and it'll be slipping... might even let go on your 1st 4th gear pull depending on how the boost comes on. It'll piss you off hard having that kind of power and the clutch just lets go all the time, ruins the fun.LOL! Def. save for a clutch too, but dont buy something that'll just do the job for now IMO, especially if you think theres a chance you could end up around the 400 mark someday. Just means instead of paying 5-600bux dif. now you will just throw away your clutch that you spent 1700bux on and then buy another clutch for 2300bux give or take.. that's alot of wasted cash IMO. The gearboxs are pretty tuff dude, just make sure your fully in gear before getting into it and dont rush your changes all the time, the thing should last.
  21. SCT is def. better IMO as you can switch between tunes. I.e. Valet tune when you leave your car somewhere, E85 tune, Max power 98, high power 98.
