  4. Phuck! http://www.illawarramercury.com.au/story/1983317/double-demerits-in-force-from-midnight/?cs=300
  5. So gosford cruise Friday or Saturday? Time to agree on a date?
  6. Sweet thanks bud. Might hook one back up, post turbo though. Dyno time will be coming soon too so I'll be able to trial it with and without
  7. Anyone wanna do a cruise to gosford and back? Cool roads I promise
  8. What do you mean by it works it's magic afterwards also how does it help if the fuel sys. starts to go south? Thanks
  9. Do you have yours set up by a Hobbs switch or temp.? I'm glad I pulled mine out when I did, there's a couple of tiny pits in one of the blades... honestly nothing to write Hm about but the potential was there for it to get nasty. May be worth going the post turbo path. I like the idea of the additional cooling and knock suppressant but is it worth it when running eflex/e85 or is this most beneficial running normal petrol? My cooler gets completely covered with a mist of water already starting from 6lb. Would it be only worth doing if it was getting tuned or is it better to have for more consistency.. maybe C none of the above.
  10. This is the pump 12V DC DIAPHRAGM WATER PUMP 4 LPM 80PSI GARDEN MARINE BOAT CARAVAN MOTOR FARMING http://bit.ly/1kRsK5M + I'm using a .5mm mister http://bit.ly/JCmXG7 I can move it post turbo pretty easily if need be. Has anyone ever cross check any temp. data with/without?
  11. Disregard over boost issue caused by this. Just went for another test drive with it disconnected and I'm over boosting anyway. I'm using a loan turbo at the moment it's standard with my rear housing just it doesn't have farkt bearings like mine did when It got tuned so long ago.. Probly doesn't help I gave it an air box too rather than a 3" ubp. All chit aside is it fine to spray it before the turbo? I would think this would be a better place to put it but obviously things are done a certain way for a reason. Would it need to be tuned in or is it ok to have as added cooling?
  12. Yes as the topic suggests.. any other numb nut tried a fine mist of water pre turbo?? Seems to up the boost a few psi so I've pulled it back out until I can test it in the dyno or Joe calls me a retard which ever comes 1st ;-) Anyway here's a quick view of the boost up with the fine mist inj. It usually runs just up to 19 tapering to 17lb on eflex. It really is a fine mist too so is imagine it would be fully vaporized by the time it has been compressed. I have 6 misters spraying the cooler and the 7th is fed into the end of the pod. Let the flaming begin haha
  13. Is there any other scented ones other than the candy smell for that one from rocket?
  14. That's cheap, might give that a go. Cheers
  15. Throwing a wild card here I know but... (Lol) I saw the rotary boys at the servo using castor oil to help with lubrication, etc. How would this go with our T's? Or even a dash of 2t?
  16. Oh ok.. didn't know that. though can't help but notice my mums g6et is still going strong (touch wood) daily driven and that was a while ago now too.
  17. Milkshake.. My dad recovered his by pumping fark loads of gulf western thru it until it was all gone.. Came good you'd never know. Don't know if everyone will be that lucky though, he had a ford tech (mate) walk him thru it all.
  18. I went for a drive the other day in a car that just had a good cooler standard piping and cat with injectors and a pump and the thing was freakin quick. I was stoked at how well it went. The 1st bits to get over 300 are relatively cheap, just don't skimp on the cooler and you'll have your cake and eat it
