Fury was pretty good. The graphic violence is brutal. It's no Saving Private Ryan but that's kind of why I liked it. Not as luvvy duvvy. The ending was a bit of an anticlimax though. The director goes to lengths to show the reality, the hardships, and the loss of innocence in war. There is a few spectacular battle scenes I really enjoyed. The Sherman's facing off against the Tiger tank and earlier against the fixed guns was excellent viewing.

Chucked a couple of apples in the envelope as the missus was there too. Felt that was more than enough as the two of us together spent over $1500 on the weekend.
