Engine Dropping Cylinders Any Help Appreciated
_Velocity_ replied to Barbwire 57's topic in General Tech
How much do you want that particular vehicle? It may be cheaper to sell it and buy a car with a factory fitted T56. I'd stay with the BTR. It really depends on how much power you are chasing though. They aren't that bad but if you're going to thrash your car and break it chances are it won't be the only thing to go bang. -

Dude. These aren't VL turbos. Manual boost controllers don't work in Fords. Xtreme Ford Tuning Number 33, Unit’s 1 & 2 Elmsfield Rd, Midvale. WA. 6065 P: (08) 9250 8266 F: (08) 9250 7796 Go see them before you need to replace an engine. -

Most likely a knackered coilpack. Is the car tuned? -
Pumpkin seeds, lentils, asparagus, mung bean sprouts are some others. Tofu too if you're into that stuff.I've been taking a salmon steak that I precook in the oven the night before for lunch every couple of days. Nice change from chicken breast or dry steak.

What do you need done? Repairs/upgrades or tuning?

Its had some decent reviews. Increased hunger would be good for those looking to pack on the mass.

3 weeks in and I seem to be progressing well enough. My only criticism of this routine so far is that there is no lat / biceps compound. I know deads are supposed to be good for your lats but adding in bent over rows or pull ups/chin ups would probably solve this. With the pads positioned on my thighs the back extension exercise is a great warm up for the glutes and hammys.

Can Any One Help Me, Have A Problem With My Bf Xr6 T

Are the symptoms visible only in gear or neutral too? -
Mario's MC2 Auto BA is tuned by APS. Runs a 9 something second pass so they can't be too shabby.

FWIW you're best to get a custom tune for your car. Where's the 11 psi tune from that came with your flash tuner?

Deadlift beast

The first phase is doable for me in <40mins. I thought about adding some of phase two into it already but I'll just focus on form / progression with those compounds for now. Deadlifts are new to me but so far they seem like a more natural movement than squats. Is it worth getting one of those lifting belts to save the back and keep my core tight?

I found it here as well as a few other bb sites who have good reviews of it (if you can handle the volume in the latter stages) https://www.t-nation.com/training/reg-parks-5x5-program Second phase is: Back extensions 3-4x10 Front squat 5x5 Back squat 5x5 Bench press 5x5 Standing barbell shoulder press 5x5 High pull 5x5 Deadlift 5x5 Standing barbell calf raise 5x25 3 times a week for three months Third Phase adds the following on top of the second phase: Bent over barbell row 5x5 Behind the neck press or one arm dumbbell press 5x5 Barbell curl 5x5 Lying triceps extension 5x8 3 times a week for three months

Getting back into the gym. Knee feels good so I'm going to start the 5x5 Reg Park routine. Starting light as it's been about 12 months since I stopped and I never hit up deadlifts the first time around. First phase seems straight forward enough: Back extensions 3x10 Back squats 5x5 Bench press 5x5 Deadlifts 5x5 3 times a week for three months Second phase ramps up a fair bit. Looking at +2 hours each gym session by phase three (total of 54 sets!)

Don't mean to be mean mate but most tuners in Melbourne will tell you to piss that set up off for something more proven. They won't want to put their name on a setup like that. Spend some money on a decent intercooler. Dynomite and Bluepower are out that side of the city. Give them a try.

Let's hope Fawad gets a game or two in England. Can't imagine the horror the English would be feeling knowing the Aussie pace bowling attack could be complemented by a new leg spinner.
