Seems to be a lot of conflicting information out there about it. Load / don't load. Cycle / don't cycle. The research I read on it suggested that your body stores it for up to a month after a two week load up cycle so I don't worry too much about the when to take it part. Once you've loaded it's there ready to be used. I could be wrong but that's what the research I read up suggested (not bro-science). I'll try and find the pubmed article.

Angel I'm with you 100% mate. I'm that pain in the butt customer that asks them to open up a checkout late at night so I don't have to bag my own shopping. Give me a discount and I'll gladly do it otherwise get your lazy a$$ up and provide the service I'm paying for! Anyone here watched Ink Master? Watched an episode at some friends' house last night. Hopefully by the end of next week. Mechanical engineers had a look at it on Tuesday and have said it should be okay. Proof will be in the pudding on completion of repairs though!

They still make the potato and gravy like that raband. Fat sludge from the deep fryers. News from the slackers is the car is going to be repaired. Kind of glad as I didn't want to delve into my house deposit to buy another car.

Its just pics and videos. Set time period that you can view them before they disappear but you can save them now using secondary apps. Got for pen*s shots, poo poo shots and anything else sick enough to not be allowed on facesucks.

Should be a good year for gaming regardless of PC, Xbox or PS4. Diablo, Wow, Starcraft, and that new Tom Clancy game, the division, are what I'm looking forward to! Nerd mode engaged.
