Because mock up cars are ghey. For what you will spend making it look like an F6 you could probably have just bought one instead. Look on carsales. They go for under 21k. Only mock ups that look ok are old school muscle cars like XY GTs, Torana A9Xs and Blue meanie VK Brocks. There aren't many of these on the road and they are rare enough to warrant making mock up versions.

Picked up a couple of Goodyear Assymetrical 2's (made in Germany) for the fronts a week ago for from Beaurepairs. Held up really well on the Alpine Cruise last weekend. They stick like stink on cops. Can't fault them. Paid $355 each balanced and fitted for 245/40/18.

Don't they normally change the oil and filter when they do a 15,000km service? Sounds like he is saying this is something out of the ordinary. Unless they are talking about your turbo inline oil filter?

^Necro post Bought a couple of F1 Assymetrics 2s for $355 each balanced and fitted (245/40/18) last week and they held up very well on the Alpine Cruise. Not sure what the wear is like but they stick very well.

Been on the Alpine Cruise scaring the life out of my younger brother. He didn't appreciate the "one wrong move here" or "imagine a lapse in concentration right here" type conversations I was having with him while we were at the top of Victoria.

None at all mate. There was some fog when we left Omeo this morning but apart from that it was clear sunny skies and a nice cold ambient temp for the cars. Can't wait for the video! PS (sorry for the double post)

He told me he has never been so scared in his life lol. That's what you get when you're trying to catch dre when he isn't actually in front of you! It really was a great weekend. Perfect weather, great company and absolutely no traffic until we hit the Black Spur coming back this afternoon. Next year I'll make sure I have some decent brakes so I don't stink out anyone behind me LOL Props to Gary for organizing a great cruise for us.

Make sure you try and do half clockwise and half counterclockwise. You'd be surprised how many people develop hip and thigh problems from running around an oval in only one direction.
