  4. Ford has two valve spring tools for our falcons. One for exhaust and one for intake. Pretty sure anyway I used a conventional tool on mine. Took a while with 24 valves but was heaps cheaper
  5. I've used Nintendo 64 emulators. Despite having a pretty high spec pc still struggled with sh*t frame rates etc. Never seen an Xbox one before
  6. 240s would be possible. Anymore and you would more than likely need more supporting mods, injectors and cooler being the main bottlenecks
  7. It may be normal, but certainly isn't good! Replace the turbo oil feed line with a earls external filter and braided line. Avoid the ones with clear coat on the lines.
  8. Here's mine; Monday: 40min cardio Tuesday: 1 hour 40 min cardio Wednesday: 1 hour on upper body Thursday: 40min cardio Friday:1 hour 40 min cardio Saturday: 2 hours on whole body, mainly legs. Sunday: SFA I normaly have 1 week off very 4 months and do 5x5 sets. All proiten from food. Majority of the cardio is riding to work and home the rest is squash. Works well for me
  9. What are the NA cams like in comparison with lift and duration etc? Help much with spool time or top end? Which model you thief them from?

  11. All you need is; Shifter, Gearbox itself, A bottle of dot4 brake fluid,About 5L of oil (transmax z is popular) Crossmember to suit t56 and the appropriate slipyoke. You can keep the clutch you have and the diff certianly doesnt need to be changed Use your reverse lockout from your t5z gearbox if the t56 doesnt have one and away you go.
  12. Please don't go too dark guys, seen two people rear ended because of tinted taillights. Couldnt see them braking when driving into the sun.
  13. Yeah Ill change them in the next few weeks, I have to save a bit of coin to hire atomics tool as the only valve spring remover I have is a head off one. Im sure it will make my life so much easier with 24 springs anyway. Hopefully the XR8 springs I have lying around will fit. The part number is: F6LZ-6513-AB, Ive been told a couple times they fit but yet to find anyone that has actually put them in :/
  14. I'm 500ks away from my tuner. That's why I was data logging haha. I think I'll change the valve springs. 80% sure it's them. If not, they are done anyway haha Stay tuned
  15. Yeah it just appeared out of nowhere. I did my plugs and coils less than 10000kms ago.. Genuine coils too, It gets pretty wet down here but I extremely doubt water has got up there and damaged them. Its fairly random too, Sometimes it does it sometimes not, Much more apperant in the cold though.
  16. Yeah xcal 3 in a BA.. Damn.. Im like one of the only people with a tuned falcon in my town.. Doubt a xcal2 would be available. I saw it go upwards of 150, Not sure if its displayed in C or F? either way that's pretty warm. No one can recommend settings? Im actually leaning towards valve springs. 1st gear WOT doesnt seem to have problems, Change in to second WOT and it has the shudder. But no lumpy idle...

  18. Okay I've done a bit of logging. Can somebody please reccomend the most vital 22 things to log and if possible there names.. So many settings and only a 3rd of them seem to display information. Ive had a look at basic things and they are all within completely normal specs.. Except for inlet temps.. OMFG! Furk the monza, even right down south in the cold bits.
  19. I've got xr8 springs ready to go into my falcon. Not sure if they will fit (Apperantly they do) and the falcon handbook says they are more than 1/3 stronger than the standard BA springs.
  20. Fuchs actually recommend the Titan supersyn in the turbo falcons. I remember this distinctly because my boss said put gto in it. I asked him at smoko "I thought the turbo model would need a better quality oil" he checked and sure enough the car came back in that arvo for new oil and filter lol!
  21. Oh thanks mate, completely slipped my mind. Never used the xcal for data logging before, I've used different editing tools before. I'm guessing it's as simple as following the prompts?
  22. Hello all. Curious if anyone has had a similar problem to this. Got ussual mods and a 10-12PSI tune with just over 270Rwkw Im getting what can only be desribed as mini repetitious fuel surge...? Later on in the RPMs on full boost in first and second its like a small engine/car shudder of it extremely quickly loosing and gaining power. The car has never done this before even under 1/4 of a tank and its now doing it with half a tank of fuel.. Ive replaced the fuel filter without any improvement. Scan tool shows no codes relating to this fault. Ive got a suspicion of it being the FPR. May even be something else? Anyway, If anyone else has experienced this your input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Dave

  25. Only thing different is the exhaust valves. Should be fine on stock tune. If you wanted more from it I'd change the exhaust valves and all the valve springs No piston damage..?
