  1. Can the true trac hold more power or is noise the reason your replacing?
  2. Oil pressure and boost/vacuum for me. Wouldn't mind oil temp though, but you can guess the temp from the pressure anyway.
  3. Yeah man. The only ones I've seen are just a metal shell that's slides over the factory plastic tank. Apperently if you have billet pullies they are a very tight fit!
  4. Welded up the front of my seat. My fat lazy ass falling into the chair after all the gym sessions cracked all the welds on the front. Squeaked more than my x misses' bed. So nice to drive in silence now
  5. I think all the metal ones are of a slide over design. Awesome build mate, keep it up
  6. Is the clutch standard? If so they can be painful to bleed. On the top left hand side of the gearbox in the start of the belgousing there is a little hole there. If your clutch is stock you will JUST manage to see a bleeder that is extended out from the csc. From memory it's 10mm but may be 8. Make sure you get a catching system on the bleeder as to avoid fluid getting in the belhousing. Falcon clutches are a pain to bleed. After bleeding through with a suction pump. I bleed through properly with a second person: down open, close up etc. After that's done I pump the clutch continuously for about 5 minutes with the lid off and that normally self bleed the remainder. I it's still average. Leave the lid off for a couple hours and try again. Should be good then! If you have Ace clutch your in for a treat. The bleeder comes out of the box in a braided line, so damn easy in comparison The most like cause if the fluid is low. When you depress the pedal it has sucked air from Depletin the resiovouir. Best of luck mate if you have any dramas feel free to PM
  7. I'd hate to join you in a bar impeller. With all these cheers' id be smashed in an hour.
  8. Gave the girl a rear wheel alignment just then. The camber was f*cked after I put new cv's in months ago. I have more traction now woohoo
  9. Creatine worth it? Pill or powder? Before workout or after? Thinking about trying it. Coin is extremely limited :/
  10. Facebook vid sounded mint
  11. Installed a super pro comfort series centre diff bush just then. My home made binford 6100 series wasn't up to the task ::
  12. Retainers are easy. Need a quality bendy magnet my SP one worked a treat and was only like $29 bucks
  13. Mikes model cars cannot sell cool packs at the discounted price anymore As They have changed manufacturers. $240 is the best he can do
  14. That's a good find!! Anyone used those? Cheap with warranty. Might be worth it?
  15. Thanks mate, appreciate it !
  16. Can anyone help me find the genuine coil packs in eBay from coffey ford?? I can't find them anymore :/
  17. I don't normally do max lifts but I had a spotter last week for the first time in months so I took advantage of it My normal routine consists of 5x5 followed by 3x8-10 or to failure.
  18. Nah stiflr. Just curious were I sit in the ballpark. I'm one of the only ones in my gym who does proper lifts so I have nobody to compare to. I love all the olympic lifts! I seem to see everyone else do wank factor sh*t and stare in the mirror.
  19. Awesome squat for your weight!! Thanks for the comparison. Anyone else around my weight got some numbers?
  20. 5$ your box will last 2weeks. That will make sweet power I'd defianately invest in a surge tank. Not to mention a t56
  21. Hey fellas Need some conparison on 1rep maxs. These are without a belt too. I hover around 79kg , 6ft & 1/2 Deadlift 160kg Back squat 105kg Overhead press 65kg Bench press100kg What you reckon. They feel great for my weight but just want some comparison as to what is on par or lacking or excelling etc
  22. Needs less outward girth on front
  23. Installed my Binford 6100 super mega ultra comfort series diff bush last night
  24. They must be charging 400+ dollars to change the plugs then. Sure plugs are over 100 bucks retail but 300$ for 1 hour of labour...
  25. Not dual mass! But like I said before of a two piece construction. Dual mass flywheels have harshness and shock obsorbers hidden between the two flywheel sections. Defianately none of those in there Although I'd defianately recommend a billet steel flywheel. So glad mine is after I had some dramas!
