Ratter is correct. However I'm certain Mal and ace created a opt 3 rated clutch that fits the t5z box aswel. Don't think it's on par with the 3+ but its a perfect option incase the box poo's itself or you are looking to put in a t56 in the future Honestly the ace clutches are great. Anyone her changing from stock to a ace clutch would highly! Recommend them and anyone changing from a extreme clutch to a ace clutch would recommend it even more so. 5$ if you contact extreme and ask them the power holding capabilities of that clutch you will be disappointed to say the least. I also bet I won't come with a alloy csc.. So by the time you purchase that too ( see we're I'm getting at haha)

FA F6??? Farken Arrgly F6 ? haha don't paint the droopy hooker mascara and it would probably look sexy! -
Bionic is a ford mechanic mate haha. Being still under warranty you unfortunately have to just bite the bullet and trust that your ford dealer knows what they are talking about

Hell no! All mine Have to be selfish with a babe like that

Mrs took me out to a surprise picnic with pizza and chocolate and all the tasty stuff. Then she takes me home to play halo 4 Luckiest fella on earth haha!

So he done this? Or you did? I hope you have witnesses. I'm no lawyer but that may be enough to get him to fork out for repairs. Coupled with incorrect cam timing and coolant leaks its probably likely it all contributed to premature bearing failure
-
Driveline clunks are normally from the diff bushes mate. The centre bearing, tail shaft cv and donut coupling can also contribute to the noise. I'd advise on getting a quote to do them elsewhere. It cost me less than 100$ cost price for my centre diff bush (the main culprit) and just a couple hours to instal ( workshop + tools and hoist available)

Yes the Detroit Locker is a very appealing bit of kit. I will more than likely go down that route when more money is on tap

Hey gents. My LSD is now a Late model camira spec single pegging machine. I'm not made of money so I was wondering who here has rebuilt there diff? What options are available? I'm either thinking new clutch packs or perhaps reshimming to improve the initial break away torque. Labour is no issue but if you gents have some prices and perhaps places to source parts that would be greatly appreciated. Car is BA Mk1 turbo sedan Thanks in advance, Dave

Yeah I don't curl either. Basically don't do any arm stuff. My whole weekly routine consists of Deadlift. Sumo dead lift high pull. Back squat. Front squat to push press. Power clean. Power snatch. Full snatch and full clean. Bench press and bent over rows. Sometimes pull-ups and push-ups to mix it up. Don't like isolated movements IMHO they seem like a waste of time, could be burning heaps more calories in less time.

My falcon does this too. I've got mondayitis and for the life of me can't remember what it's called.( supposed to be a mechanic lol) Anyway 95% of the time it requires replacement of this little climate control box behind the dash which can be upwards of 500$ just for the part. I simply installed a switch inline to flick it on or off when I need it. $3 is much better alternative than 500 plus

I dunno my boss sourced them. Supposed to be xr8 springs ill get the part number when I eventually return to work. They would of fit but being that much shorter and didn't feel much stronger I wasn't gonna risk changing all 24 especially with the rather average valve spring tool I had. Had photos going for a tutorial too
-
About 8mm short in free length
-
Nek minnit wrong valve springs. Way too short. Prob be fine but not risking doing it all twice
-
Was supposed to be sarcastic : sure you are? Or: you sure are? deciphering fast typing fails isn't my strong suite lol Edit: Read fail derp

Half way through pulling my rocker cover off to do valve springs. Long night ahead :/
