  1. Some FGs the injectors are almost maxed at stock
  2. Id say that's fairly decent considering stock injectors and stock intercooler.
  3. I'm on fairly often. 1830 onwards every second or so night
  4. f***n lol^^^ I have a week off training every 6 months. Woks a treat. Also went trough something similar. Turned out it was my mattress. Poor thing has had such a workout in its life it had crapped itsel and wasn't helping me sleep at all! Crap sleep really takes its toll
  5. No AFM in our falcons, so it doesnt change emissions, So basically its legal. Try saying that to the cop though... You dont pass the attitude test. they will sticker you anyway.

    My New Book

Just bought my copy after reading this thread. Shall be a good read by the looks of things. Good luck with the cancer mate!
  7. Hey man, Just wondering if you have chucked your rods in yet?
  8. The stock airbox isnt really a restiction until 300+ kws. Why change it?
  9. Haha that was in a hundy mate. But god it was loud. If I had that car any longer I would probably need to look that hearing aid company up
  10. I service both cars regularly and the only thing I preferred in the NA6 compared to the 6T is the marginally better throttle response. Other than that they are particularly boring in comparison. Oh and the extra space in the bay was a small plus side aswell; easier to work on
  11. F**ken Awesome lol
  12. The lowest number was with sealed boxes. The two higher ones were ported. You can't see in the photo but the they are slot ported towards the side of the boot
  13. My old DoofBox when I worked in car audio. Won 4 trophies. 1 Second with 139DB 1 First with 143.9DB 1 First with 151.3DB and a clarity award too. Wasnt very practical though
  14. Pull the black plastic inspection cover out and see if you can move the flexplate at all? Its at the rear of the sump facing the gearbox. If you dont have a hoist a bit of grovelling will be involved.
  15. Any more updates on this animal?
  16. I got 6x9s in my rear with a spacer
  17. Have a look at Earthquakes line drivers, they also double as a equilizer (more bass with no extra risk) and are extremely good value for money. Heres how I set mine up Excuse the gearstick and blurryness its the only photo I have.
  18. Yeah sounds like you got it set fairly good. Seeing as there getting lots of power I'd personally run input voltage to half. Set it o low pass filter. Set low level frequency to 32hz to suit the box then change your high level frequencies to suit your taste in bass. Ie:80hz if you prefere deep bass or 150-200hz if you like the higher stuff too. But don't exceed what the coils can produce, I learnt that the hard way.. Ohh another 50 hz shouldn't hurt. Nek Minnit: giant paperweight
  19. There's a huge amount of variables involved with tuning amps. Firsty are your boxes ported?
  20. It will help with the clipping ever do slightly. It will be almost neglectable. If you want more frequency response your unfortunately going to have to get a better sub. I suggest tuning your amps so they don't try and go beyond what there voice coils are designed to. Last thing you want is a giant 12inch paperweight.
  21. The higher the input voltage going into the amps means you can lower the input frequency setting on your amplifier making it a lot less susceptible to interference. Also more voltage means more clarity My line driver is also a equilizer which I mounted directly under the headunit. It has about a 9-10v preamp output voltage which is pretty decent. I've heard of 12 and 14 volt ones but that is serious money serious competition stuff.
  22. Done. Sorry I have to say it. Your girl is a absolute stunner! Well done haha!
  23. that's all I could find haha.
