Yeah tech9tyres gave me the price for 200 each for the 6000's. Mandurah tyre power is where I got my alignment done, They told me 200 are the cheapest but some real crap brand.

Hey guys. Just got a bf xr6 turbo. Its done 60 thousand kays. When I pull out of the drive way some times going from reverse to drive it shakes a little bit. Feels very odd. My guess is it needs a oil change. Now I know there is more to a gear box oil change then just dropping it out and re topping up the oil. Dont I have to give it a full drain? How is this done? Im one of those people who likes to do all these things my self. Is there any threads on how to do it? And what oil to use? I have a 6 speed auto.

Here are a couple. Its hard to get a good photo but its on the drivers side. The bar there is the sway bar. Up the front is just water from where I drained the coolant yesterday.

Only problem is money is very tight at the moment seeing as though I just got my car. Stamp duty, rego, insurance and the tyres are pretty bad looking now. Out side they look good, on the inside there going pretty ball. I had it aligned today though. So Just wanted some cheap tyres then I was thinking fedderal 595 or kumos next.

Is it the turbo or the power steering though? I have replaced the high pressure power steering hose on my ba xt and it looks nothing like my ba when it was leaking. Around the hose on the bf theres no oil, So I guess the turbo line?

Hi guys. Any one had these nexen n6000 tyres before? I need 18" 245/40 and got quoted 200 each fitted and balanced.

Cheers guys. I love it. I have found a couple problems though. Tyres are not cheap haha. Also I have a small oil leak coming from what looks like either the power steering or turbo oil feeder. Not exactly sure. But I was under the car this morning and found oil building up under. =/ As for mods. I want to get the basic tune 60 pound injectors, fuel pump and a tune. Need a intercooler for sure and just do some cold air intake mods and catback for now.

Hey guys just picked up a 07 bf mk2 xr6t with 60,000 kays on the clock. The engine oil is starting to get a bit dark so what is the best engine oil for my car? I work only around the corner from home but drive all weekend around the place plus it takes some punishment. So any advice much appreciated. Also what's the best diff oil? The car is a 6 speed auto.

So I could just get a normal 4 speed cooler kit and just get extra hose to run to the front? I have done it to my ba 4 speed before was easy as. As for doing it in melb.... It would be along drive... hahaha

Hey guys. Installing a transcooler to a 6 speed zf. Ford was telling me today there alot different from the 4 speeds. Is this true? I picked up a 6 speed xr6 turbo and just want to make sure I dont get any milkshakes.

Witch one did you get? Did you get one rated to 600hp? Or just any after market one with them? Also in the instructions link the ad provides, it says I need to cut bits out. Is this bad? Like will it cause paint to peel? Do most coolers need cutting out?

Hey guys. Got a bf mk2 xr6 turbo. Just want to know what size are they stock? Im thinking of putting super lows on the front and super super lows on the rears. Also the springs I have found are king springs for the front with super lows and lovels in the rear with super super. Is it bad to have 2 different brands? Any advice?

hey guys. I have a bf mk2 xr6 turbo with premo sound. I sore a fg turbo with the boost gauge on the screen. Thought it was pretty awesome, Just wanted to know if its possible to do on my screen? Or can you get small digital ones on say the corner of the screen at all?

Sounds awesome. My missus is the same. She likes the heat but I prefer the cooler air.

Ok guys. Im picking up a bf mk2 xr6 turbo this week with duel zone climate control. Im not exactly sure how it works but my guess is the passenger can have heat and the driver can have cold air???? Or is it a little different then that? Any other heads up any one can give me about the cars electronics? Cheers
