Gday guys I have a 2010 xr6 sedan that's having some air con issues. You can feel some cold air coming through the vents but the fan behind the glove box does not turn on. After driving for about 20 minutes if you hit the side wall of the ICC in the foot well hard enough it just kicks in and starts blowing at full strength. We can adjust the speed as well from there. This is in both auto and manual modes. I have replaced the fan out of a car I know the fan works in, I am going to try changing the resistor but has anyone ever had the issue before or got any suggestions? Thanks.

So after reading some similar stories on the forums I went to check the bulbs, What ever wiring I could get to and everything looks fine. All the ICC plugs are connected fine. This is pretty frustrating.

I am having the same issue with my 07 bf2. All my fuses are fine. Did you ever find out what the problem was?

Gday guys. Got a new one haha The car is a 2007 bf2 xr6 turbo. So I am not getting any blue back lights on my cluster and ICC unit. The amount of kays I have done display and has the white back light, My ICC screen works and is functional but there's no back lights on the buttons, I am also getting no tail lights, I get brake lights no issues. My head lights work no issues, The warning lights on the cluster work. I have checked every fuse, I have another bf xr6 and swapped the clusters and both work in the second car but neither work in my car with the issue. I have also picked up another combination switch. Works in the second car but not the main car. I am completely stumped what to check next.

Those bushes wouldnt even be more than 5000 kays old. But I will check them. Ill check all the nuts and bolts tomorrow. That's what I am after man, More ideas that get thrown around the closer ill get to finding the issue!

Righto guys I am having a lot of tramping issues at the moment that is doing my head in! Stand still starts or even just roll on's now. It did it today at 3000rpm Background of the car: It recently made 625rwhp on a hub dyno. It felt great for a couple weeks after the tune then I took it to the drags and did a couple runs with out an issue. After the 5th run it tramped very hard off the line and I didn't really get off it straight away. Now when ever I start to get on boost it tramps up. I replaced the blade bushes today with white line bushes, I have a twin diff bush hat set up and super pro hybrid front diff bushes. Stock suspension as well. Shocks still feel fine. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. This is doing my head in hahaha.

So I made 350rwkw a few years ago. Safe to say I have been a little busy lately... A friend of mine offered to sell me his xr6t with a built motor and zf gearbox done by monster torque at an amazing price. So me and 2 of my best mates hired 2 hoists and swapped the motors and gear box's. Both motors and box's dropped and swapped in about 12-13 hours! Solid day and they both fired up straight away! The legend him self @IH8TOADS retuned my car. Previous tuner.... Lets not go there, Still dirty after the wiring of the fuel pump Mods: Process west stage 2 cooler with throttle body relocation Plazmaman 4" intake Full stainless xforce exhaust, 4" dump 5" cat and twin 2.5" catback ID1000's Process west surge tank with Pierburg pump Ported internal waste gate with 12psi actuator on stock 35/40 Motor: Atomic rods Mahle pistons ARP head studs Billet oil pump gears Crow valve springs The result so far... So when I replaced the 044 with the pierburg I just used the existing wiring. Turns out it didn't have its own power source so it wasn't running at 100% Toads recons we can get more so we shall haha But for now it feels incredible! Took it to the drags and had an ok night. They just scrapped the 60 foot that day so it wasn't as good as I hoped off the line but here's some pictures of the night. Missus does mint pictures! So we feel its still got more to give but will take time and practice. Next on the list is suspension for power cruise. Should also help me at the drags if its set up properly and start saving for a bigger turbo haha. Well I managed to get it sorted! Turns out the bracket that holds the cable to the box has a washer but it goes BEHIND the bracket. This made the cable line up perfectly with the selector! Thanks everyone for your help

Gday guys So I've recently installed a reinforced flex plate and I did a ZF service at the same time. Just chucked it off the stands to take it for a drive. I am now stuck in third gear. When I flick it over to sports mode it flashes a 3 and in normal drive the D flashes. I have a very sloppy gear stick selector now which was fine before and feels like I have gained another gear when going from D back to P. Sometimes its very rough as well, Like a banging sound if I don't push the stick back to P fast. Here are some videos of what I am getting. Can any one help me please?

So a bit of an update... Or a big update haha I purchased a process west stage 2 cooler and a twin diff bush hat. I installed the diff bush kit with a mate and also installed some crow valve springs. Had a bit of a hiccup haha Think my old bush was not to happy with life haha Old vs new Next the man him self Ih8Toads worked his magic! Made 361rwkw on 98 then we drained the tank and topped it up with E85! First run made 395rwkw After that the tyres were starting to get pretty warm and it started slipping on the dyno so not sure exactly what power it made. It felt amazing though! The issue living 45 minutes from the closest e85 browser haha So literally 2 weeks after this tune I went and did something with out the missus knowing lololol Purchased my self another xr6 turbo. This one had a built motor and zf though... So I got together with 2 of my best mates and hired 2 hoists to swap the motor and gear box into my car. Was solid day! Had both motors out, swapped little things like injectors, throttle bodies, Motors swapped into the new cars and all cleaned up in 13 hours! Absolutely nothing went wrong on the day! Was incredible! hahaha JDM AF haha Realised how low my brake pads were as well... Just getting my monies worth! I also had some photos taken of the pig by a friend of mine whos never done cars before. His only ever done models. So next will be the fuel system and a retune. Cant wait to get it down to the motorplex after a retune!

Ok guys this is really starting to irritate me. My wifes 2010 fg xr6 aircon fan has a mind of its own. Ok so I have tried replacing the battery, Cleaning out the filter (first time I cleaned it out I found a plastic bag haha) I have checked the fuses and also hooked a multi meter up to them. I have also hooked up a scan tool and no faults shown up. I even tried turning the fan on with the scan tool and the tool says they're running 100% When the car is on you can hear the HIM module cranking up behind the dash but just no air. Sometimes I hit the aircon fan behind the glove box and it kicks in for the whole car trip but then when we turn the car off and on it starts the whole process. In the afternoon when its hottest it never kicks in no matter what we do. The car isn't a duel zone climate either. Has anyone got any idea before I go pulling the friggen dash apart? -.-

Yeah ok so for some reason I suddenly became Ih8toads ? But yeah I've tried cleaning the connections with no luck and tried 2 different cables now.

Still no luck. Tried cleaning the connectors and still nothing on the left. Tried the same cable again in another bf and it works perfectly. I actually love toads. ❤️

Cheers for that mate. Is there anything in particular I should wash them with? Any type of sprays or just use a clean cloth?

Gday guys I am having an issue with my aux cable in my bf2. When I plug it up to my phone the left speaker isn't working. When I play music from a CD or the radio it all works perfectly fine. I tried hooking my phone up to another aux in another bf falcon and it worked perfectly fine. So I transferred that aux cable to my car and the left speaker still doesn't work. Has anyone had this issue before or know what else I could try to fix it?
