Hi all, Just picked up an '03 BA XR6 Turbo. Mercury Silver, 4sp auto, black leather interior. 130k on the clock, but it looks like new inside and out. Runs like a dream too, for the most part. Brakes have me a bit puzzled; they're not as 'bitey' as I'd prefer, so I may look into that. Could be that I came from a Swift Gti. That tiny little thing with four-wheel disc brakes stopped beautifully! The big Falcon's brakes are stopping more than twice the weight. I test drove a Manual initially. It had lower k's and felt a tiny bit quicker perhaps, but I didn't like the 'feel'. The auto lets me simply concentate on steering this rocket! It's the first proper fast car I've onned, and it's taking a bit of getting used to, but I'm loving it so far. Nice to see there's communities like this around for advice and information too.
