Is your car a Turbo or NA ? ← Turbo. I've haven't even been to any track days, but I the car has been through a few hard stops. I sort of just figured that's what relatively big brakes are designed to do....

Hey Guys, Yesterday I took the XR in to have the brakes checked out due to noticeable brake shudder. Expecting the usual skim and shim job, called the dealer @ 3:30pm to check the car was ready for pickup only to be advised that the car is still in bits and I need to wait until tomorrow for 4 new rotors to arrive! Apparently all 4 rotors have developed "hot spots". Has this happened to anybody else? Regards Stretch

I ordered mine on 29/9/2005 and took delivery late in the month of February this year....

The only "noticeable shudder" I get when changing from 1st-2nd in the new zf gearbox is the rear end stepping out followed by TC kicking in. Dean
