  1. thanks for the tips guys. got the job done. it looks great! To fit the cooler I had to tweak the a/c line and I used foam padded tape on the bar and a/c bracket and cooler so there was no chance of rubbing. I had to modify the brackets and drill two holes on the left side of the bar. I used touch up paint on the bare metal and some rubber gromets to plug the factory holes. I didnt like the look of silver so I sprayed the cooler black and all of the brackets and bolt heads to retain the factory and stealth look.
  2. Hi impellor. I have just got a monza cooler and was just wondering how u mounted your cooler because the brackets supplied don't align at all. In my opinion the brackets seem quite weak and crappy and shouldn't they be rubber mounted?
  3. I got the 3 (comfort option)super pro bushes from bursons. x2 axle nuts, x6 tailshaft bolts and x2 halfshaft seals from ford. While I did the bushes I also changed the diff oil with castrol saf-xa and replaced the leaking diff half shaft seals. It was a tough job but with a my old man and I, a hoist, compact portable hydraulic press, and workshop manual handy we had it in then out in 6 hours. ride is nice and smooth now.
  4. Hi Robo I to have the same problem with the left hand side seal in the diff leaking. Just wondering whats involved for replacing the seals. Also while replacing the seals I was thinking of installing Falcrum superpro diff bushes at the same time. By any chance do you have the part numbers??? Any help will be most appreciated! Regards Brett
