  1. Cheers mate. I think it's just the universal one just had a look then I believe this is it: part number F90000262
  2. Nah mate as I said anyone can join. Come along and bring mates as well. Would love to have as many fords there as possible
  3. It's been a while since we organised a cruise on here. Next weekend (Sunday 16th) the Gold Coast Performance Ford Club (GCPFC) have organised a cruise out to Murwillumbah via the hinterland and back via Tweed Heads with a stop over at Scales seafood for some fish and chips for lunch. Anyone is welcome to come along. We are meeting at the BP servo opposite Dreamworld on the northbound side of the highway at 11am. Should be a good turnout but the more cars the better!
  4. So far so good. Motor seems to be hanging in there. As Freaky said including his theres FGs still pushing around 450kw on stock bottom end . Freaky is yours on e85? Nah no surge tank. Got the big injectors and in tank pump to handle it all. When I go e85 down the track I'll whack a surge tank in there
  5. I love the GTX it just comes on so much harder than stock turbo. Response isn't too bad at all obviously a little more laggy than stock however still comes on very strong Yeah the way its setup now is fantastic, don't get any wheelspin in 3rd or 4th just hooks and pulls hard all the way through the rev range.
  6. Finally got the car all tuned with the new setup, made 403kw on BP 98. Very happy after a lot of setbacks. Mods include: - Rapid V1 Intercooler Kit - Rapid Turbo Side Intake/battery relo - ID 1000s - Walbro 400lph pump - Mal Wood Stage 5 clutch kit - Atomic Valve Springs - Atomic Oil Pump - Xforce 3.5" turbo back - GTX3582r
  7. Hey mate, not 100% sure on what power they go to but got a mate who has about 420rwkw on 98 in his FG ute with stock bottom end and handles it fine. I believe theres heaps of guys on here pushing up to 450rwkw on e85 with stock motor as well. Only thing that went in mine was my oil pump gears because its a manual and these tend to blow pretty easy in the FGs
  8. Update: Car has been at the tuner since Tuesday getting new Mal Wood stage 5 clutch and atomic valve springs installed. Car was supposed to be ready this afternoon, however there was problems with the idle and could not get it finished in time. Should be all done tomorrow and looking forward to the new power
  9. I'm about to head up tonight around 6. Anyone else keen?
  10. faaarrk that looks so tuff. Where did ya buy the bonnet from?
  11. Currently at 391rwkw about to be around 420kw. No dramas as of yet except for oil pump gears
  12. Nice I'll most likely get this done to mine in the near future. So just replaced the rear muffler with straight 3.5" pipe??
  13. All good! Will check again here tomorrow arvo
  14. Mate cant go wrong with sandwich plate.. Such an easy fit. Just get the right model number plate and your sweet
  15. Ah k.. I reckon a hotdog resonator in place of the big barrel style muffler would sound 10x better. But let us know how you go with the straight pipe.
  16. Let us know how you go Trent!
  17. Don't mean to hack this thread but didn't wanna start a new one. I have a similar question but mine is a 3.5" mild steel turbo back xforce system and I'm looking to make it louder as it's just too quiet. (Was louder before with stock exhaust + centre muffler removed and high flow cat). Should I remove the rear muffler and put a straight pipe or throw in a resonator? Any ideas?? Cheers
  18. Hi-Torque
  19. He only went out to Phantom Performance to fix an actuator issue.. His original tuner was too busy and couldn't get the car in when Mark wanted so they sent him up to Phantom to get it done.
  20. As Al said take it up to Jamie at FPT or Phantom Performance which is around Ipswich area I believe
  21. Yeah cheers Bonjaz just had a read through that recent clutch thread. Has changed my mind a lot on the Mal Wood clutches just hearing from other peoples experiences. Could you or anyone on here tell me a clutch that would suit my application - Hold up to 600hp, daily driven, lighter pedal feel if possible ??
  22. Me too.. I was set on the opt 3+ from Mal after all the good reports but after reading this thread I'm having doubts.. From what others have said NPC seems to be one of the most popular.
  23. Havent broken it.... yet lol. Just been considering throwing one in for safety.
  24. Anyone know of a cheap place (Gold Coast or Brisbane) to get custom HD tailshafts made?
  25. Cheers guys, GTX is going great loving the power. This thing eats alive STI's and s15's on the highway.. Plan to keep it as it is for a while now until I can afford a Mal Wood stage 3+ later this year.
