I doubt they would get hot enough to boil the oil inside. Just the heat degrades the rubber and they split/crack and the oil comes out.

I know the turbo side mount suffers a lot from heat. Its probably that one that fails first and then the extra movement kills the other side

How many km's on your car ? Thinking mine is probably due for engine and gearbox mounts almost at 125k now. I bet your loving the Trutrac so glad mine came with one already

+ Yeah would be great to have a few there running. I was testing out my obdII scanner today looks fairly stock in the boost department highest I saw was 13psi usually around 11psi. Getting used to the power and RWD slowly too used to AWD grip

Yes shopping around for a helmet and hopefully get out to Wsid this month. Its booked in for a dyne run and tune check in 3 weeks to make sure its all nice and healthy and to see if any work has been done.

I am in Sydney in the Hills area and work in the city. I think there may have been some tuning done maybe slight boost increase. Going to get a tuner friend to do a few dyno runs and check it out. Will look into CMS thanks for the tip

I did look for an area but I am pretty blind I joined ages ago when I almost bought an xr6 but got a Mitsubishi Legnum instead and regretted it. haha whittling :( Whiteline
