This will improve over time. So Steve put your Dummy back in give it another go in the New Year as your efforts are appreciated if not always rewarded

Well after ignoring (well more chosing to disregard rather than ignore) sound and sensible advice, I outlayed $5,500 for 3 Chinese quads. Just could'nt justify spending 5 times that on the "proper" jobbies. In short I now have a new hobby, namely MOTOR BIKE MECHANIC In four weeks of use I have had to replace 2 broken chains, 1 throttle cable, a large section of plastic faring, fix a leaking petrol tank, recharge flat batterys, remove several broken cosmetic appendages and retighten / replace 175 nuts and bolts. So in summary, as warned the Bikes are and should be stayed well clear of, unless you are happy to spend your days searching replacement parts and nights putting them back together. On a positive note after spending a total of 4 fault free hours exploring the surrounding bushland with my two sons and seeing their smiling faces after conquering a few"Gigantic and Awesome" Hillclimbs. (their assessment) I could almost say it's been worth the grief and financial outlay.........almost. I'll let you know how things are going in a few months .............Oh and Daddy's got the bug and is seriously considering getting a 450 Raptor

Kids will have to make do with some stocking fillers this year and perhaps a new chain / spare nuts and bolts for their POS chinese quads Rang them up and they told me the "Ocean Resue" is the one to start with as it's easier than the Night Ranger II (twin rotor thingy's and a rear rotor that doesn't do anything ). $185 as per the NR II. Want to start off easy but be a little bit challenged so is the NRII the one to get?? Is it worth buying a spare battery and a few spares and if so what should I get.

Can't help with the cooling issue but I recon you should consider donating your car to the Ford Museum as testament to just how much abuse ( by normal standards) these F6 thingy's can take

Can't say I can tell much of a difference regardless of what I use however have always found the maguires stuff best of the mainsteam products. The secret is to find a sealant / wax that protects the paint surface for longest possible time. This way just washing with water brings the car back to a just polished / waxed finish. Check out waxit.com.au. The owner put me onto Poorboy products (Polish and Sealant) which are reasonably priced and definately protect the car longer than anything from the meguires range.

My BF T has done that a few times now. Stop the car and turn it off, but after a short dealy like 2 seconds the fans startup and run for a few minutes. Why dont the T's get Turbo timers? ← Cause they have sh*t handbrakes. Scotty ← Nice one

Yep good chance it's the heatshield from memory mine lasted all of 6mths from new. Either way not going to cost you much to get your local exhaust / workshop to stick it on a hoist for a look see.

I would have thought alot of customed tuned "T"s would be making peak boost closer to 2500 than +3000rpm. From memory mine peaks @ 2600rpm (14psi and 750nm) with a max rwkw of around a miserly 255.

Post your dyno sheets showing boost and I'm sure you'll get some worthwhile feedback

You're probably right, but hey nothing like taking risks and living life on a razors edge.

Mine do exactly the same, bloody annoying. Ford and FPV know about it and were replacing the rotors originally, so my service dealer tells me, but then when I took mine in all they would do was machine the rotors due to the amount of money it was costing them. 1 month after machining, it came back again. Now the dealers have been told they are to do nothing about it, so bad luck. Seems that it was costing a fortune under warranty so they now reject it. ← Wrong answer as that gives me no joy at all Coupled with the shoop shoop handbrake noise the car sounds like a fukin mouse symphony

After 6 months of running PBR upgraded brakes they have started to squeel (when coming to a stop) Can anyone enlighten me as to what has caused this sudden onset of unwanted noise and if there is anything I can do about it?
