Well I did have up to about five mins ago when I threw it out just so I could fit in and be one of the bunch. I guess it's just not cool to be either a responsible law abiding citizen or at least someone who is smart enough not to get caught doing less than responsible law abiding acts.

I'm with NOS BOY on this one. I get sick of hearing peoples simplistic views on these issues and others. Wake up and smell the roses people. This is a currupt, bent and injust world we live in. Best we roll with the punches and do what we can to survive in what is a very tough playground.

Depends on whether you want a new exhaust for the sound/noise or to get the best out of your 700hp rated turbo!

Another site I visit motivates it's members to donate by giving a prize each month to a member that has donated during that Month, (providing the overall donations for the Month can support it I guess) I'm not sure but I think the value of the prize represents a % of the overall takings so to speak. In our case that could mean anything from a site sticker to a swaybar / custom tune etc. Might be worth considering...........

Folks like bengi went hard and fast and cheap to get the big power. and paid the price (he has however set a new standard for private persistance).. People like that now expect everyone to pay the same price, but that is not what evolution is about.... I know from this forum that others have acheived much more mature and sensible results from the learning and experience of this site and their releveant trusted tuners.... A considered, appraised, and programmed modification with these cars will produce no-doubt a precedent not yet acheived before..... what companies have you spoken too? xspeed and wilkos said 30.. and thought I was a weirdo asking for the 27! I work for a company called Metso Minerals.. I go up and down to all sorts of mine sites.. I look after Mill Lining accounts. Do you work on the mines? where abouts do ya work might pop in and say hi ← Do the guys from Wilko's and xspeed drive xr6t's? Go the 27's as suggested, others on this forum have tried the 30's only to swap them later as they were too stiff. For what it's worth Perth Exhaust Centre that sold me mine recommended the 27mm. I suppose you could always go the adjustable one if your still not convinced. ← how much was it fitted? was just qouted $175.. just for the bar.. that about right? ← $200 fitted so $175 sounds fine as that is what I subsequently paid for the rear one which I fitted myself because I have since become a master mechanic..........that's right mechanic.

I had the Herrod Stealth System put on by a dealer, cold air induction & Herrod new exhaust, but the system was not dyno'd by the dealer....big mistake and I should have known better....and I should have read the tech info on this site first ! Car went fast - but only for a while Compete rebuild required. No more off the shelf edit's for me, custom only from now on, although now re-running-in stock edit. Will also give me some thinking time...... ← Sorry to hear but thanks for sharing. Just prospective off the shelf tune purchasers need to know. Given it was a dealer that installed it for you I take the rebuild was covered under warranty

Regardless of the max rwkw I would want a fatter curve I.e more low - midrange grunt. Might need to up the boost a little down low but it will make for quicker and better driving experience. If it's an auto you should be looking @ a cooler particularly if you crank up the low - midrange torque. Have a chat to your Tuner and enjoy the new found power in the meantime

Hopefully the bikes are ok after you have done some work to them, also I think you mean a yfz450 or a raptor 700. ← CLOSING CHAPTER OF THE CHINESE QUAD BIKE SAGA........ Won't bore you with an updated list of repairs however the Chinese Quads are dead, cease to exist, they are no more! Well actually there under some tarpolines at the back of the shed awaiting their fate. They have been replaced by two new Raptor 80's which to date have provided a combined 10 hours of fault free enjoyable, smooth and rattle free motoring expensive lesson learnt Oh and Dads 700 Raptor is getting booked in for a custom tune in a couple of weeks once the go fast bits arrive

Identity Crisis

Was that impressed with the picture that I had to get one myself. Pick it up tomorrow Do they come with training wheels FPV TRANNY ........are you still with us?? ← When I picked the bike up I had a chat with the dealer about future mods. No shortage of money to spend on things such as exhausts, K&N Filters and the motorbike equivilent of the edit etc. Here we go again. BTW the power / torque these things have is awesome and needs to be respected.
