  1. So you're not a big union fan then I've also experienced first hand how the currupt union mindset cost others time & money and as a result would never vote for any party that openly supports their lack of principals.
  2. From where I'm sitting things are pretty cool so.................... IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T FIX IT!!
  3. Thanks to a six inch piece of iron rod I'm in the market for replacement 19" 275 tyres. Can any of the Perth guys recommend who to see re a sub $300 19" 275 tyre?

  5. Surely you're not suggesting that a stock BF would out do a 250rwkw BA Typo right?

    Super Sigma

Sorry can't warm to anything that name sounds like a male hygiene problem
  8. Heard an interesting story from an old mate of Frank Williams, whilst @ the Clipsal this weekend, who said, after giving Lowndes and Mick Doohan a try-out with the F1 Williams team.......... "That Doohan showed some real promise for a bike rider, but I wouldn't let the other bloke drive my Bus"
  9. I was going to take that flight but am now heading over Friday arvo instead. Pm me your mobile and I'll try and catch up with you while I'm there. Leg broken in 9 places is not what you want to hear about when you've just got home from doing some 40 footers on a Quad Here's hoping the leg & owner mends as good as new
  10. Fu@kin Showoff Congrats looks very nice
  11. After a few weeks of driving like miss daisy (peak hour traffic etc.) disconnecting the ecu plugs overnight definately makes a difference to the way my car runs afterwards
  12. As I recall the last time you were thinking of investing in something over East it was a drug dealing murderers mode of transport Keen to find out how this turns out for you as I'm in the same boat re Perth property prices
  13. Put simply BORROW AS MUCH MONEY AS THE BANK WILL GIVE YOU and invest in something that will safely give you a better return than the rate of interest you are paying on the loan. Also don't starve yourself trying to service the loan rather use part of the loan to service the interest Probably stupid advice but it's worked for me. Mental note I must get off my arse and reinvest some of my equity (and more of the banks money) instead of spending it on toys. Problem is, I'm reluctant to get back into an investment property with the way things are in WA at present.
  14. If it's just additional power your looking for from a cooler then I wouldn't bother 'cause with the mods you've got, the right tune will give you more than enough to be limited by your trans. If on the other hand you would like to more consistency out of whatever tune you've got, and reduce temps. a good cooler is a mod well worth having. Mods can also about keeping your car happier for longer instaed of just what extra rwkw they provide. I know that the PWR (bought off and installed by Hiddeous- thanks again mate ) the available power is more consistant squirt after squirt, even on days like today. I say get the cooler and do it now 'cause when you go down the marriage / kids path you won't be asking us for advice but taking it from your better half.........at least for a while anyways
  15. Then again if I saw you and your car with the 3 Muskateers bonnet sticker (and I was with someone) I would have ignored you as well
  16. It's not a huge job to put the stock injectors back in if you have a good reason to do so!
  17. Notice the difference would be an understatement. It's like riding a new bike. Given how damn quick these things are out of the box I too was a bit dubious when I heard comments like "They (3 mods) really do waken the bike up", as if the bike was asleep in stock form I can now see where they were coming from. Take it from me you would not be disappointed. I believe a fresh shipment of DMC's are due to arrive within the next 2-3 weeks so if your keen let me know and I'll send you a link to the Aus. distributor.
  18. Don't worry mate I live that thought everytime I go out. Yesterday I picked the two boys up from school jumped on the quads (they have a couple of Raptor 80's) and rode from the end of our driveway all the way to the Alcamos, so yeh the new property's great
  19. Let me know if you do and I'll send you my tune
  20. Picked mine up for $12,800. With new pipes, intake/filter, programmer and under body armour it now owes me $15,500 ................................and worth every last cent. Oh and they go well with turbos on them so it should be right up your alley. $450 buys you the programmer which just plugs into the bikes ECU. Then you just visit the Power Commander website where you will find a list of tunes designed for your bike with just about every combo of mods, downloadable free of charge. In my case they didn't have one for my dual DMC pipes as they have just been released so I used one for the same set up with different dual pipes. Save for a couple of HP up top, the result was nearly identical to the custom tune graph I posted, aside from the AFR's being a bit on the lean side in parts. The programmer also provides the user with the option of fine tuning maps by playing around with the fuel tables throughout the rev range / throttle positions.
  21. From memory I don't think you can install them upside down. Is it the front or the rear? I had the a bit of a thumping souns when I first installed my rear bar, turned out it just needed to be tightened up a bit more.
  22. You're right they are an animal out of the box............. now it's just plain nasty They put out around 38HP stock so a 36% increase says it all really. Keeping the front end down in any gear has become a bit of a chore.
  23. Close.............
  24. I know the numbers aren't that big but I'm happy with it..........

    0-100

If you don't turn the traction control off in a modded T, at least, you won't post a very good 0-100 time 'cause the traction control kicks in and spoils all the fun ie. takes timing out.
