Forget the lady, the receptionist at mine isn't much good either. She was giving me the capped price service payments for a G6E (no Turbo)... My experience with the service guy has been better. They're a large dealer (they have seperate full size sites for new, used, service and another for parts) so it may help as I've basically been 'assigned' one service guy. Any warranty or servicing issues, I get transferred to him, when I've taken the car in, it's always him who takes me through what they're doing, calls me when it's ready, etc. Obviously I have no idea if he actually does the work (but I saw him doing a F6 once, so possibly he's the resident 'Turbo Expert' or something) but its good to at least talk to the one person and when you mention something he actually remembers from your file rather than going 'ill have to speak to 'Bill' about what he did with that'. That's not to say its all rosy. I've had Bluetooth issues that took a couple of goes before they understood the problem properly.
