Here's the dyno sheet Efi and hi torque both good tuners I would recommend either!

    560Rwkw Ba Ute

On e85. Will post pics and dyno results tomorrow can happily say I'm over the moon with the results on still a relatively small Turbo at that boost level/power

    560Rwkw Ba Ute

hey guys just an update. Ute previously did a 486rwkw @ 23psi changed to a low mount manifold from CRG Creations, MTA900 turbo and process west intake manifold. Pushed out a healthy 560rwkw (750rwhp) at 17psi @ efi performance on the gold coast. Need another fuel pump to push out more boost Fully built engine running through a t56 gearbox.

    486Rwkw Ba Ute

Npc 6spot cushion button - yeah traction off the line is going to be the hardest. Even at 100kph foot down an spins the wheels lol

    486Rwkw Ba Ute

get some good slicks under it and some luck. only hoping for a high 10. we'll see anyway if the first couple of rounds at willowbank result in 11's ill be happy but aiming for 10s eventually

    500Rwkw Advice

yeah mate running atomic vernier timing gears and yes a new generic fuel reg will be used ( any hints on brands and prices etc?) turbo im not even sure of! haha hes a good mate of mine building a complete custom one and wont tell me anything lol. the last custom setup he made was in a std ford rear housing with a custom billet hi flow compressor wheel - produced 460-470rwkw (complete drop in turbo no modifications to lines covers etc) so im not sure if its gonna be the sme size or roughly like a t51r or a custom t04z setup with a custom machined larger front compressor wheel. so I wish I knew once I know more about the setup I can share - but its all secret squirrel at the moment im not being told anything which is annoying in one aspect but exciting in the other
  11. Hey guys just want some adivce tips hints etc on my build currently im running 410rwkw with the following mods on a BA ute fully built engine with cosworth pistos and atomic rods atomic race girdle atomic billet oil gears race bearings through out (forgot brand :\) Atomic 4.5 cams atomic valve springs mls head gasket engine is fully balanced and blueprinted t56 gearbox w/ npc 6spot clutch billet zp turbocharger with external gate welded off exhaust housing dual 044 setup with 2.5l surge tank 650cc injectors std manifolds process west 4" race intake system process west stage 3 intercooler with 3" cold 2.5" hot piping now im changing - 6boost lowmount manifold with 48mm wastegated flange 1000cc injectors Upgrading my turbo to a project test turbo from a reputable company (capable of well over 500rwkw but using std rear housing obviously modded to suit larger wheel combinations) upgraded fuel reg + modified fuel rail what will be my downfalls obviously my intake manifold (plenum) is not ideal I get that but can anyone maybe help estimate what I would be looking at for powerwise either e85 or 98 pump?? any positive feedback would be appreciated!
  12. nice work timmy boy! still 4rwkw behind hahah!

    Ba Ute - 407Rwkw

See what happens mark. Either that or 2200cc. No real price diff 100 bucks I think
  14. hey guys just got the ute back - only let down is injectors at the moment :( (bosch 650cc) fully built engine cosworth pistons atomic rods fully balanced + blueprinted atomic stage 4.5 cams atomic valve springs atomic oil pump gears dual 044 with 2.5l surge Mr Turbo billet z-p (to4z) turbo 1.04rear .85front 4" dump 3.5" cat back customs waste gate on exhuast housing 4" intake race kit Process west intercooler (2.5" hotside 3" cold side) t56 with 6spot Npc Clutch Running std manifolds with t/b relocation made 550rwhp on 98 @ 20psi not keen on e85 tune - only because lack of fuel stations etc but see once I have injectors; always chasing more though note : the costant 550hp once its reached it holds constant power. Makes the world of difference when having some fun
  15. everyone doubts the to4z. im making happy 410rwkw @ 20psi

    Atomic Cams

Im running stage 4+ in a built motor (all atomic except the pistons) couldnt be happier, very responsive through the mid range and awesome fun to drive. making 550rwhp on pump at 20psi through a billet z-p turbo. holds 550rwhp for the whole dyno run. also very lumpy - solid sounding
  17. Sorry ive been out of the forum a bit. Decided to go cosworth pistons and atomic Rods. Pretty much rebuilt the head all over with atomic 4.5. Camshafts. Turbo has got new bearings in it from mr turbo - still running billet turbo. Exh manifold and turbo exh inlet ported out. Then usual nitty grits oil pump, head studs, gaskets etc from atomic. Hopefully should rock a little harder See you all on the next cruise with some luck!
  18. It's a fpv f6 t56 w npc 800hp cushion button clutch
  19. yeah I knew the blocks were the same unsure of internal componants. Makes sense though. I dont think the catch can will be it but will double check the lines going from the catch to the inlet manifold - make sure they arent crimped. but where to after that?
  20. Where as a BA xr6t block could go 400-450hp?!
  21. Aren't the internals different between the two? I'm pretty sure a na xr6 block would pop a rod at 300rwhp? Haha. Catch Can only went in 5 days ago haha. Might see if theres any kinks in the line pretty sure I made certain there wasn't
  22. im pretty sure its NA block with something in it. Not a BA XR6T bottom end. Theres no way a std bottom end would support 335rwkw. Theres also no air intake on turbo at the moment coz of the size of the front cover - have one being made up - shouldnt really make a difference to my breathing problem apart from the fact I can route it back into the intake. ps ralph its the thurple ute haha RIP 571!
  23. By the way im planning a short engine rebuild. if anyone has some contacts/parts/hookups/advice that would be awesome. im tossing up between atomic parts and spool. Would be happy to trade prices or info on any turbo questions inquiries etc.... few of you would know me I have the purple ute RIP 571 plates. regards james
  24. GTX and all BA-FG turbos run same bearing packs and setups :headbang2: BTW guys can you check this out please need some help and advice!! http://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/82780-ba-engine-heavy-breathing-advice-please/
  25. Hey guys, Just wanted to get some advice. Just recently my car has started breathing heavier then usual. My Mods are; Billet to4z turbo with std rear housing and .85 front 650cc Injectors Plazmaman intercooler w/ throttle body relocation kit (3" cold side 2.5" hot side) Surge tank with external 044 fuel pump External wastegate w/ screamer pipe 4" dump with 3.5" exhaust and high flow cat Cushion button clutch and t56 gearbox Atomic Valve Springs Basic oil catchcan for the rear breather Car is making a safe and reliable 335kw atw. Now tuner has said I can go more but I dont want to break the engine ( its not a BA engine, its a NA one I believe but not risking anything until I know for sure what the hell is in the bottom end) All I know is ive had this thing on the limiter and stretched the redline point to 6500 and still goes hard everyday without missing a beat. Its always had a breathing issue and little amount of oil coming out. When I idled it the other day it was still running fine no issues but breathing 2x heavier then usual but same amount of oil maybe a smidge more. Can anyone shed some light on this please? or let me know exactly whats going whether my oil rings are on the way out of if they know of people with the same issue and no dramas? would just prefer some more detail info? I had a seperate tuner look at it when it was making 285rwkw and he just said engine is gone its going to blow dont bother wasting your time etc, but im now at 335rwkw and no dramas..... yet (touchwood). thanks
