Are you guys getting much of a difference with the dyno numbers with different tuners. Ive had my car on a few dyno's and without making any changes there is a big difference in the figures. I question some of the results that some of the memebers are posting. Its no reflection on the member or owner of the car as they can only go off what the tuner tells them. Depending on who's dyno I use I can get up to 40rwkw difference. I suppose consistency is the key. If you keep using the same tuner and your result improves after each modification then that's probably a good thing but I've learnt that you cant always rely on the numbers. Its a great sales tactic - show someone some big numbers and they tell there friends that the tuner is the best and they send all their mates there. Im assuming you guys have all had similar experiences ?
I had a 4" stainless dump pipe and high flow cat from Xforce fitted to my stock FG F6. Went great for the first few minutes until it went into limp mode. A quick tune fixed the problem. Extra 30 rwkw. Next was a flash tune using the CAPA X3 and back on the dyno. Extra 30rwkw.
