they wanted 66.500 drive away with leather, premium sound and fpv number plates I picked up the f6 with all the same options plus duel zone climate and the black argent wheels drive away for 57k im sure its about supply and demand at the moment its just a shame though apparently there is only going to be 210 5L motors sold before next year

I was going to buy a gs ute but I ended up buying an f6 ute instead I just couldn't justify paying an extra 8k for a car that doesn't have side skirts and brembo brakes I think the gs looks cheap aswell with all those sh*t stickers over it it basically is an xr8 with a better motor and a huge price hike. I haven't driven either of them of them but I use to own a an xr6 turbo which I was very happy with. I always wanted the v8 I even waited 6 months for the thing to come out but when I went to order one the dealer told me they had two coming in before next year and they would be sold at or very near to rrp apparently most dealers are in the same boat so that's why I ended up getting an f6 fully optioned up. I'm sure ill be happy as once it arrives next week!

I interested in this topic aswell as im buying a hevier boat soon but I checked the ford website and I says that the turbo ute can tow a max of 1600kg in auto and 1200 in manual why is this when the less powerfull xr6 can tow 2300kg and so can the xr8??? do you think ford dont want the turb to be put under much load for pinging problems perhaps??? And I f you look at teratory specks they can tow 2300kg in the turbo ghia model I dont get it ford!!!

I smashed my car 3 weeks ago in the rain and I got the phone call today and the insurace company told me it was written off. missing it heaps already.Allready planning my next car I want to but a ute prob a t.. not to shore yet.. oh yeah and I got neg driving in the accisent so that mean I will lose my license sh*t... no t and no licence for me

I need some help or info I just installed a nokia bluetooth car kit using the blue plug behind the fuse box and I noticed the other spare plug there which is a two pin plug which I assume is the plug to the icc for the audio in from mobile phone car kits.. my question is is it possible for me to connect into that and not use my speaker that came with my car kit so I can get the sound throught my car. could I do this by cutting the speaker from my car kit of and simple pluging the wires into it or would this plug pefer to recieve a differant signal like line level??

I have beeten an vy2ss comie befor I had 4 people in my t and he only had himself in his car.they were both manual 6 speeds. My car from the take of was slower (cause of the extra people and a bad launch)but then I cought up to him and we were dead evan next we both nailed it out of a round about from around 75km/h and I pulled one and half car lengths on him and didnt stop pulling away from him untill I backed off at 160km/h. my car has a cai and an exhaust but I made me feel proud that my car having less power than his stock and hevier still managing to pull some lenghts on him.

I have been lucky enough to get my hands on some typhoon gauages and im interested in installing them into the t just wondering if anyone has done it befor or if they can help me out with some info

as for deelers in x force I just went to my local exhaust place and he orded it in for me

I payed $860 installed for the steel one but it has stainless cat and rear mufflier that looks hot. I dont think that this system could be beaten for value for money it all fits well and doesnt hang down at all. the note is awesome the car sounds smooth.

just wondering if anyone has raced a new monaro the 260kw one cause my mates old man has one and he thinks it will be my 6 speed turbo im not shure. I have did race an auto cv8r and I beat it easy just wondering about the manual ones

I own a mk11 6 speed and I got the x force exhaust and I could notice a massive power gain. I have also added a k and n and the ss induction cai and there have been a noticable gain the car now rips 3rd gear and the waste gate is noticably louder

yeah I live near cronulla and I saw that car yesterday must feel like a wa*ker at a set of lights

I dont know if its posible but has anybody fitted an aps blow off valve to a t without putting in the aps plumbing I mean can it be fitted to a standand t the reason is cause I like the idea of the duel vent blow off valve

do mk11 have different injectors and valve springs to mk1

well by the sound of my ford dealler I think that they have flashed a t befor with typhoon info I mean there is really no parts on a typhoon eccept for the 2nd cai to give the car more power except the computer and both cars share the identical eec5 computer so I cant see why it cant be done

just wondering if anyone have ever had the typhoon flash from ford being programed into a normal t. cause I know a mate at my ford dealer and he said its posible and is keen to put it in my car. another thing I know that the bf has independent cam timing on both cams just wondering if that typhoon has that already????

I work in the industry and the only plasma I would get is a pioneer they look great and the have a 5 year replacment warenty and the res is the the highest around (hitachi and fujitsu quote more but they use different technics and the end off the day the pioneer has a better res)

I think it looks great the stripes just make the car stand out
