    Capa Edit

Who cares !!!! really A car running more boost and extra fuel and some timeing changes, will provide more power than a stock XR6T. That is all a generic CAPA edit tune provides. And it will out perform the stock XR6T or SS chumpadoor. If you want to see what your car is truely capable of, get it custom tuned by someone who knows their stuff. Then you will have your answer. macka

    Xr6t Vs Ss

Never said you did, read back a few posts and might read the comparison. As for XR6T's being owned by SS crapadoors, I don't think so. they don't even want to look sideways at you when you pull up beside them, let alone want to have their arse handed to them. macka

    Xr6t Vs Ss

What a lot of I've never been in a Expensive Daewoo yet that rides nicer than a BA Ford or any Ford for that matter maybe that's because I would'nt lower myself to ride in one in the first place And if the dark side were so confident that they could beat the XR6T why is it they never want to don't run. They out number us 10/1 macka
  5. I'll ask again just in case you missed my post. What's the name of the rims? Pls macka
  6. If your smiling now just wait till they've finished it good to see someone doing their homework first!!!! macka
  7. Sweet ride What's the name of the rims? macka
  8. Sound choice, HPF, and APS would good options as well. Talk to them all, before you make a choice. Then go with who feel most comfortable dealing with. Only take you car to people who have actually purchased their own XR6Turbo's to use as test mules to develope their products. Not their customers. They are the fair dinkum one's. Putting their own money, where their mouth is. macka
  9. Simple decision really, Nizpro. Never heard of anyone complaining about their quality service and results. Oh!!!! sorry only one. Something about dyno reading I think macka
  10. I believe that's what we're doing. If some are not good ones then what's the point of keeping quiet. I will only be taking my car to people who have the best reputations and results, from now on. ie HPF, Nizpro, Auto Technique. If Xrdreaming says his mate is good, then he would be. That's my OP for what it's worth. Macka
  11. Nice choice of wheels. macka.... I wish I still had mine
  12. I'd say there are reasons for that .... Vik is giving you the drum macka
  13. Andy, Never be ashamed of owning any kind of car when its your first. everyone needs to consider what they can afford. and a VL is a pretty good starting point As long as you stay true to the Blue Oval you will be drawn back to the light. macka
  14. Man well done with your win. But with balls that big I would'nt be kickin the wife out of anything. She might be able to help you out with that problem, more than the "T" will anyways Remember one other thing the VL's have Nissan engines in them and we all know Nissan has been playing with forced induction for some time now. cheers macka
  15. How 's it going Vik, sorry to hear your cars not that efficient. But hey, if you don't believe me you can get out a road map and do the maths yourself if you like. hears the route that I took. Filled up at Caloundra, then drove to Towoomba, Goodiwindi, Morree ect. First stop for fuel Gilgandra. Gilgandra to Castlemaine. Did exactly the same mileage on the way up but in reverse. macka ..... I'm glad my car does'nt run like Vik's
  16. Kym, Look forward to seeing your work something that's been anodized with braided vacum hosing would look sweet macka
  17. Did you read the post on pump fuel comparisons? Very interesting read, and it seems that Vortex 98 is the way to go. I'm just bummed the closest Caltex to me (Fyshwick) doesn't stock it!! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I used Vortex while in QLD and on the trip home. The engine seemed to love it. Nearly 900km per tank full and no soot at all in the exhaust pipe. I've always been an Ultimate user but I will change now to Vortex. Seems much cleaner macka
  18. That's what I like to hear So what are you waiting for, I doubt theres any rocket science involved. The intake system is pressurized so anything equal to or bigger than the factory plenum would work and look a hell of alot nicer. Pics pls when you've finished it good luck macka

    New Pc

interesting to see the results my son is trying to get me to upgrade mine. macka
  20. I would personally go for the Nizpro plenum. Knowing how Nizpro produce only quality results, you canbe sure that they has spent considerable time and dollars getting the plenum design right. macka
  21. looks OK to me. Just hope the kid can drive as good or better than Ambrose. won't matter what it looks like then macka
  22. was nice to meet you shazz, look forward to the cruise when and where ever macka
  23. when is this supposed to take place macka <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Just before you get here. It's a very long and complicated process. However, I will help. I know people in the right places and can obtain a healthy discount. It's a cash deal of course and I'll throw in a new Digital Queensland Passport for good measure. The cash ($1 Gorilla) will need to be in fifty's and in a brown paper bag, with "Developer Donation" written clearly in black Nitto. Maaate....What a time you're gunna have...... The Older Macka........... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> How do you know your older I don't know if I'm baby macka or grandpa macka
  24. Hi Guy's, Just letting everyone know that I've arrived and slowly settling in. Had a great trip up. Ute went beautifully. Averaged 8.9lt/100km. Over 800 km per tank. The only access to a computer at the moment is at an internet cafe, so I'll just check in now and then to see what's happening. If anyone is in the Caloundra area and would like meet up give me a call 0400705391 Look forward to meeting you folk macka
