  5. not sure mate but like I said mine pipe is a bigger than that one and double the price but it depend on how much power you want too you can run the 3" and it would be fine for your 350rwkw car but when you want big power id be looking at a 3.5" or 4" Thanks, I'll keep that in mind before I purchase as I want more than 350rwkw at some stage. Out of interest what size is the rest of your system macka

  20. I don't know of any at the moment. If I was going to supercharge the boss V8 that's the way I'd be going as well. you may need to come up with your own manifold to mount a blower on. Then a drive belt system. Hmmm sounds like it might be a good challenge. One that I would like to try in the future. Good luck and keep us informed macka
  21. Big enough
  22. I'm also considering designing one the the N/A xr6 owners if there's enough interest so we have to keep that in mind as well. macka
  23. What about Shakin "T" Scoop (trying to keep you in there Vik) Shaker Forced Induction I would like to use the word Shaker somewhere If I use the work "shaker" should I contact Ford for approval or do a search to see who owns the name macka
  24. They've been off the track through their own driving errors more than anyone this year. It is only the amount of safety cars that helped keep them in the race. I don't think Bathurst will be any different for the wankers. The car is handling like a piece off and looks like it to.
  25. Macka, APS clearly states on the paper work that you sign when you have the car modified, that they warrant only the components of their kits on the vehicle and not any other part of the vehicle itself. That is a pretty standard disclaimer in the tuning industry. which makes sense ....as too ford they will not warrant any aps item That's interesting did'nt know that. If you don't think Ford are capable of finding the fault I would at least tell them of your problem and tell them that your going to take your car to a third party. If they find that it is a ford part failure I would still be expecting them to pay for replacement under warranty. Unless you are running some insanely high boost level that is generating excessively high operating temps which is unlikely. This would be their only way out I would think. Are you running the turbo down for a couple of minutes before turning the engine off? to help dissapate heat from the turbo. If your not you should be or maybe you should invest in a turbo timer. Especially if you've just been driving it hard. Ford still have to prove that your modifications caused the failure. If they have designed a system to cool down the turbo after shut down and its not doing what they've designed it to. It is still their baby. and should be held responsible to fix it macka
