Ken, Your partly right. It still is a cold air intake but instead of feeding the turbo directly, it is connected to the standard Air box. Since the FPV day I have been getting quite alot of inquiries from Ford dealers and people who are happy with the performance of the T in its standard form. My performance design is a bit radical for them. By doing it this way they are happy with warranty ect and it only takes 5 mins to fit. It will also work out to be a cheaper. Still get that great induction sound only not quite as loud. macka

Well first practise session is over in WA. How good is Murphy. 24 quickest. Bloody one track wonder. Good to see Jnr Johnson on the pace and Brighty Marcus 8th on worn tyres and only a couple of 10ths from the front. macka

They look when all fitted up. Rwkw don't know but when I fit the IC hopefully should pic up something. They are more for looks and tidying up the engine bay. Price, well as everyone knows Alloy bends and welding are'nt cheap and I will be taking these samples to a guy with a mandrel bender to see if we can reduce the costs with the machine doing most of the work. Then there will be the silicon joiners and clamps. Ball park figure would be between $600 - $750. Probably a little cheaper if 5 or more are ordered at a time. macka

Cro, I've been having the same problem lately. If you leave the car for 2-3 days or longer the battery seems to lose it power. If you drive the car on a daily basis all is well, I have no extras connected to my car so I guess the battery is on the way out. Battery is just outside of it's warranty too If you trace it let us know pls macka

Now that I have a sample most of the bending should be able to be done by a bending machine. This should reduce the price. To answer you question I think that it should be affordable. This is the objective anyway. macka

Just thought I'd mention that my new piping to replace all the stock cr p is finished and in getting polished. I have'nt seen the finished product yet but what I did see. Well!!! let just say that I think you all, will be suitably impressed. OH!!! and I now have a new shaker that will fit onto stock N/A XR6 & XR6Turbo's macka
