  1. Most but not all pre workouts contain creatine. Assault contains it yet white flood doesn't. Interested in white flood because the ingredients list is a bit different to assault
  2. Now that summers over gonna get back on the pre workout. Was going to go back on musclepharm assault because it has worked in the past and I got good results on it. But its so damn expensive and I'm at uni so money is tight. Having a look around for something cheaper and doesn't have 13dimeth in it. I cam across white flood. Its heaps cheaper! Has anyone used it? If so how do you find it? More focus, strength, bloating etc. Plus how quickly does your tolerance build up Obviously everyone is different in how pre workouts effect you but just want an idea to see if its worth trying
  3. Im getting new front tyres next week. Jax in mitchell are great, highly recommend them for price and service. I wouldn't mind getting out to one of these braddon meets, even if we just park our cars together in the outdoor civic carpark away from everyone lol
  4. There isn't a great gain to be had in upgrading disc size if the contact of the pad to the disc is the same. You'll only gain because the quality of the rotor would be better. If looking for a cheap upgrade get a front set of FG calipers and discs, as well as rear territory calipers and discs. Won't be too expensive and will be a massive upgrade from what you have now, especially if you use good discs ad pads
  5. Yes I know the mudflaps or ugly, but unless someone wants to give me $500 to respray where they've scratched the paint they're staying lol Yea rears are 4sl with 20x10 +38 offset, guards rolled and pumped. Its a hard decision to make. Theres been a lack of consistency with king's parts in recent times so its hard to say. When first releasing the FG springs they were all too high so they slowly made them lower. I've seen people with ssl fronts that are almost as low as my sssl fronts. So not sure whether the sssl is lower now than when I did it 6 months ago. In saying that your rear is going to drop a bit more so I would probably go sssl up front otherwise you might have a really low rear and not so low front (that whole vl Late model camira look lol) Definitely cut them, one notch at a time. It should ride better because you're actually riding on the spring rather than a solid chunk of rubber. I changed to shortened ones and had to cut them anyway. The only difference between shortened and standard is that there is less distance between each notch. And yes it'' sit lower, how much lower is anyones guess
  6. 9.5 wide means the wheel is 3/4 inch wider each side (19mm). so with a +35 the outside will poke 19mm more than standard and be 19mm further in than standard. So the outside would be the same as putting standard wheel with a 16mm offset which is 14mm less than what you're currently running. So yes should fit no worries with a ute, could need a guard roll depending on how low you go Does that make sense?
  7. Too be honest the 7th photo is the only one I'm happy with. The rest are all okay and just thought I'd get them up anyway
  8. Here's some pics. Sun was on the wrong side for my car (black's so hard to photograph), but white is perfect lol. Thanks Daniel, I'll try for the 15th too cause yea want to meet everyone and wouldn't mind having a chat about a few things
  9. Here you go andrew. The guard only just tucks tyre.
  10. Nah bullet he only needs a new tyre, it was a 100m single legger burnout haha. When I went to work last night on the way home I looked for the mark and yep one big long black mark haha Also guys in the process of uploading pics to photobucket that I took of mcinnes and my cars. We definitely need some big group photos. Show canberra what these cars have got lol
  11. This is a 24 page thread Henz, I can't imagine it'll ever stop
  12. ^^ this guy knows! If you decide to mod theres a thread on mods for an FG
  13. That makes me excited to put mine on Henz! especially with mods coming up soon On a side note I'll be getting the ATR sport 2 for the front in the next week or so. Getting a ridiculously good price on them. Will report after a few kms to say how they go
  14. EDIT: turns out he quoted me wrong, custom made ones are $130 for 2! hmmmm
  15. Theres a heap on this mate do a search. Some say centre muffler removal, others like myself have gone rear muffler removal. Just makes a sound, no performance gain to be had if standard
  16. Gotta work this friday but next one I should have off. I got a good flash for my camera so could try get some sick night photos (once I learn to use it lol) Next cruise lets aim for 10 cars
  17. Opinions guys I need new fronts n want bigger tyres so gonna chuck on a small slip on Firstly is 8mm too much for a slip on? Will I have enough stud left? Secondly how bad are universal slip ons? I can either pay $20 for 2 universals or $70 for 2 custom made for hub bore adapted for wheel bore. Leaning towards custom so they dont move around but moneys tight so want to consider all options
  18. Good day guys, except for the sunburn I got from sittin around at brod lol. Last night at work wasn't very fun! I'll check out my pics and see how they came out. I only really got ones of mcinnes and I at Ainslie. Maybe the next cruise we organise can be a cruise and photoshoot? Ps bullet and fryer you guys missed mcinnes accidental powerskid while racing a worked golf R down limestone haha
  19. I'll put some up when I get home tonight. should be some in one of the FG lowered threads though
  20. Hey mcinnes check out youtube for what the colour actually looks like. Plus buy pressure pack cans rather than the tub's, much easier to use
  21. I was going to suggest 275 Freaky but at his height without guard work I thing a 275 on +36 will scrub on the outside. II wouldn't waste my time going 8inch wide on a turbo, just not worth it
  22. Mate I have sssl up front and have no trouble getting in anywhere! Only thing you'll scrap is parking straight into a gutter and going too close
  23. Yea that's about the equivalent of sssl's. The front definitely needs to come down asap lol! Either go ssl or sssl for the fronts aswell
  24. ^^ this! Plus pic doesn't show much, looks higher than sssl from that angle
